The hotel’s location is outstanding, within walking distance of everything and right on the waterfront, with easy access to the nearby park. The room was comfortable for my one-night stay, and the beautiful view added to the experience, though both the room and especially the bathroom felt dated, and the carpet could use attention. The staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, the exceptional location, waterfront setting, and views were the highlights and more than made up for the room older features.

Was very close to the shopping mall. The Staff were very accommodating, helpful and polite. Always there to assist with enquiries. Good location to Canton & Nathan Road shopping.

Carpets in room was old and dirty. Edges are stained and dusty like it cannot be vacuumed. Stains in carpet. Rust in bathroom and loose caulking. Comforter is old and clumpy.

Efficient and polite staffs. Same building is China Ferry Terminal with many dining options. Shops and drugstores nearby. Centrally located and on same lobby ( elevator) floor is explanade with nice waterfront and nearby Kowloon Park. Good for early morning walk as Kowloon Park is easily traverse by skybridge.

Staff was great. The room was clean throughout our stay and the water station near the elevators was very practical and useful amenity. The location was ideal and walking distance to shops and restaurants that is why we stay here.
