මෙය මා මෙතෙක් සහභාගී වූ හොඳම ක්ලූක් (Klook) සංචාරය විය! මගේ සැමියා සහ මම අපගේ මාර්ගෝපදේශක ජෝ මහතාට බෙහෙවින් ඇලුම් කළෙමු. ඔහු ඇදහිය නොහැකි තරම් කරුණාවන්ත වූ අතර සංචාරයේ විස්තර, හමුවන ස්ථානය සහ බැස යන ස්ථානය පිළිබඳ පැහැදිලි, සවිස්තරාත්මක තොරතුරු ලබා දුන්නේය. ඔසාකා, කියෝතෝ සහ නාරා පිළිබඳ සිත්ගන්නාසුලු ඉතිහාසය ඔහු අප සමඟ බෙදාගත් ආකාරය අපි විශේෂයෙන් අගය කළෙමු. ඔහුගේ ඉංග්‍රීසි ඉතා පැහැදිලි වූ අතර, එය සන්නිවේදනය පහසු සහ ප්‍රියජනක විය. සගානෝ රොමැන්ටික් දුම්රියේ 5 වන මැදිරියේ ගමන් කිරීමට අපට වාසනාව ලැබුණු අතර, හොසුගාවා ගංගා බෝට්ටු රාෆ්ටින් අත්දැකීමද අපට මග හැරුණේ නැත. එය සැබවින්ම අමතක නොවන දවසක් විය! ඔකානි ජෝ මහතා! නැවත හමුවෙමු යැයි සිතමි!

If you're taking the Sagano Romantic Train and then the Hozugawa River Boat Ride, it's best to allow an hour and a half between them. For example, if your train arrives at 11:00 AM, book the 12:30 PM boat ride. After getting off the train, there will be signs directing you through a tunnel to the bus stop. The bus will make a brief stop and then go directly to the Hozugawa River Boat Ride building. There's a small shop where you can buy snacks and drinks; definitely buy something to drink, as the boat shop won't appear for about an hour and a half after you board. The boatman on our trip was very entertaining, likely a veteran, and interacted well with the passengers. When we encountered rapids, he would playfully warn passengers about a little splashing. You won't get completely soaked, as there are tarps for cover. Throughout the journey, the boatman spoke a mix of Japanese and short English phrases, and also used gestures to point out the local wildlife. The boat ride is spectacular and highly recommended.

we were able to find this shop fairly easily with an A-frame sign at the entrance. The area is a shared space with a few other craft workshops as well. There’s a restroom you can use once you are up the stairs. Elvie was our instructor. She gave very good instructions and demonstrations as well as helped with some finishing touches to our chopsticks. They have several types of wood you can upgrade to ranging from 4000 to 8000 yen. There are 3 types that we got to choose from that were already included with the price. I chose the Taiwan Cypress and my brother chose Hinoki. We opted for the optional laser engraving for an additional 1000 yen and it was well worth it! Such a great experience! a lovely souvenir to take back home. I will for sure be using them!

Walking from JR Saga-Arashiyama Station, we were lucky that the weather in April wasn't too hot. There was a pleasant breeze the whole way, which was very comfortable. The onsen was hosted by two people, one man and one woman. Although I don't speak Japanese, I understood what they were saying, so communication was not a problem.

One of the best things we did on our trip!! Everything is provided which is amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful! The route is beautiful and the rapids are not so extreme. If you're thinking about booking, I would highly highly reccommend it!!

එකම දිනකදී පන්සල් රාශියක් නැරඹීමට මෙය විශිෂ්ට, දැරිය හැකි ක්‍රමයකි. ඔබට කියෝතෝ හෝ ඔසාකා සිට පිටත්ව යා හැකි අතර, සංචාරය අතරතුර, ඔබ ඊළඟට යන්නේ කොහේද යන්න පිළිබඳව බසයේ සිටින මාර්ගෝපදේශකයාගෙන් තොරතුරු ලැබෙනු ඇත, නමුත් පසුව ඔබට නිදහසේ ගවේෂණය කළ හැකිය. නගරය පුරා මෙතරම් දුම්රියවල ගමන් නොකර ප්‍රධාන ස්ථාන නැරඹීමට මෙය කදිම ක්‍රමයකි. මාර්ගෝපදේශකයා කණ්ඩායමක් ලෙස අවන්හලක ආහාර ගැනීමට විකල්පය කාරුණිකව ලබා දුන් අතර, බොහෝ ආහාර වේල් එක් අයෙකුට යෙන් 2000 ක් වූ අතර, හරක් මස් වැනි වඩාත් රසවත් විකල්ප සඳහා ඊට වඩා වැඩි විය. අපි බසයේදී ඔහුට ගෙවූ අතර ආහාර රසවත් වූ අතර, පෙර-ඇණවුම් කර අප පැමිණි විගස ගෙන ආ බැවින්, පන්සල් නැරඹීමට අවධානය යොමු කිරීමට කාලය ඉතිරි විය. ඉතා කාර්යක්ෂම වූ අතර, මට සියල්ල කන්න බැරි තරම් ආහාර තිබුණා. මෙම සංචාරය ඉතා නිර්දේශ කරමි.

We just finished our fantastic Nara & Kyoto trip with the most energetic and friendliest tour guide, Frederick (Fred)! Even though it was raining heavily today, Fred made the whole trip amazingly fun. He shared lots of interesting trivia and stories with us while we were on the bus, so we never got bored during the journey. He also sent all the meeting points and locations clearly in our group chat, which made everything very easy and convenient for us. Fred always approached us with a big smile and such positive energy. Even when he hadn’t eaten yet and got soaked by the rain, he still continued to take care of everyone and make sure we were having a good time. He also surprised us with a postcard as a little souvenir to remember this special day. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and we really appreciated it! ❤️ Thank you so much, Fred, for making our Nara & Kyoto trip such a memorable experience! Keep up the good work! Today was truly an amazing day! 😊🇯🇵

This was one of our favorite experiences in Arashiyama. Watching the molten metal being poured into the mold was really exciting, and making our own shuriken was much more fun than we expected. The staff were friendly, patient, and explained everything in English, so we never felt lost. Taking home something we made ourselves made the experience even more special. If you're looking for a unique ninja experience in Kyoto, I highly recommend this place.

For my graduation trip to Japan, I tried on a kimono for the first time, and it was the best money I spent! I looked at many shops and finally chose this one in Arashiyama, and it was such a pleasant surprise 😭 I have absolutely no regrets or complaints. Everything, from the service to the quality of the kimonos, the hairstyles, and the overall experience, was perfect. First, there were so many kimono styles to choose from. I picked a lace one, which was included in the package, and the quality was excellent. It looked very elegant and expensive in photos, and so kawaii! There was a wide variety of hair ornaments and kimono accessories, and the owner even helped me choose styles, which was great for someone like me who has trouble making decisions. The lady who helped me put on the kimono was absolutely wonderful! She heard it was my first time and said she would make sure it was put on perfectly so it wouldn't loosen no matter how much I moved around. She kept asking if it was too tight, ensuring maximum comfort. I wore it all day without any discomfort. I especially want to praise their hairstylist, who is Japanese. Japanese hairstyles really are something special! My hair is a mullet, with varying lengths, but she still managed to create a beautiful updo. It looked gorgeous all day. In short, I will definitely choose this shop again next time! My friend and I chose a blue and a pink one, and they matched perfectly!
