Our ride on the Taiwan High Speed Rail from Chiayi to Taipei was an excellent experience from start to finish. The train departed right on time, and the entire journey felt incredibly smooth and efficient. The seats were clean, comfortable, and had plenty of legroom, making it easy to relax and enjoy the ride. We were especially impressed by how quiet and well-maintained everything was. The large windows gave us a nice view of Taiwan’s scenery as we sped north. What really stood out was how fast and convenient the trip was—what would normally take hours by car felt quick and stress-free. The staff were also polite and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, it was a very comfortable, reliable, and enjoyable way to travel across Taiwan. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free journey!

The price for Terminal 1 flights is 177, and Terminal 2 is 171. When there's a Klook credit card partnership discount, buying this is cheaper than using a credit card. But if there's no discount, I recommend using a transit card as it's more cost-effective!

This time, I chartered a car for a day in Taiwan with my children and elderly mother! Our driver, Mr. Wang, picked us up at the hotel right on time and drove us safely from morning till night, covering the long round trip from Taipei to Taichung, including bathroom breaks. For lunch, Mr. Wang recommended an affordable and authentic Taiwanese restaurant, and he was very thoughtful, even giving us donuts along the way, guiding us to various places, and parking the car conveniently close. Thanks to him, both my children and mother said they had a wonderful time and were very satisfied! He truly did an excellent job with the long journey! He also explained various places to us, and I think it would be fantastic if Mr. Wang could drive us again if we visit Taiwan in the future!

Our driver arrived 15 minutes early. Our driver, 小楊 (Yang), always helped us get in and out of the car, which we really appreciated. I also forgot to include two locations in the Changhua itinerary I sent beforehand, but he accommodated them very well without any issue. He even recommended a really delicious rou bao (肉包) near Lukang Longshan Temple—after tasting it, we ended up buying a whole box to eat at the hotel. Communication via LINE was smooth and easy. He also played great music during the drive; I honestly wish I knew his playlist. We had a very pleasant and comfortable drive to and from Lukang. Highly recommended.

The driver is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He is able to give useful suggestions for us to amend our itinerary to optimise our time. Very friendly and patient with kids too. Car is very spacious and clean.

There are many car models to choose from, but there's only one staff member, so you might need a little patience when it's busy. Although they check the car before you take it, ours ran out of battery after just two minutes. 😂 The staff member helped us switch to another car and restarted the timer. Besides the plaza below, you can also drive up to the plaza in front of the library, which is great for kids to experience driving. Some car models even allow adults to ride along (though my dad said his knees were exploding with pain, only my short mom could squeeze in). Overall, the experience was pretty good, so why only four stars? Mainly because of the price. It's a bit higher than similar services elsewhere, and the green car actually doesn't run for 30 minutes; some of the faster ones only last about 25 minutes.

Honestly, the price of this place, combined with the convenience and value for money offered through the Klook platform, is great! [Pre-booking: 1/5] The system management and customer service communication experience were extremely poor. After making the bank transfer, I replied with the last five digits of my account as required, but still received a system message stating, "Your reservation will be canceled if payment is not received." When I proactively reached out, the customer service representative not only failed to actively investigate but also shirked responsibility, even fabricating illogical technical excuses like "you didn't receive subsequent messages because a previous message was canceled." Even if I didn't receive it, couldn't they have called me? I even called the main store myself, and they said they would confirm and get back to me, but they never did. Instead, they kept sending payment reminder messages. In the end, they didn't even apologize. Their handling of the situation was infuriating and disrespectful. If I hadn't already paid the deposit, I would have definitely asked for a refund and not gone! [On-site Experience: 4/5] The overall experience was smooth. Although the instructors were a bit aloof, it was generally okay. However, if a movement wasn't done correctly, they only gave verbal reminders and didn't offer immediate assistance, so I wasn't sure who they were talking to. In fact, another group of customers helped me. The crafting process was fun and simple, and there were even snacks provided afterward. The indoor area had a lot of dust, which allergy sufferers should be aware of. [After-sales Service: 5/5] Later, I discovered that due to the ring's design, the finished ring size would be a bit large. It could be resized for free within 7 days, and the on-site staff were professional and friendly.
