We loved this trip it was definitely worth the price and the experience. Our transfer picked us up right on time, once we arrived we hired a blanket as we were not prepared for how cold it was going to be (make sure you bring something warm even for the summer months ) our guide Dede was so lovely he was very attentive, gave us some fact about the area but also didn’t overwhelm us which was really nice. he took some amazing photos of us. we are not photo people in the sense of posing so I think we were his easiest job to date but we still go some fab photos. I would say enjoy the view and the sunrise and let them do their job they are amazing at it. and if you want the perfect shot include the photos it’s definitely worth it they are amazing. we can’t thank our guide enough!

exceptional service provided by the staff we really enjoyed their company refilled safe them and they were very patient and guided us throughout the sunrise track took beautiful pictures of US extremely great service really satisfied with them I would specially like to mention a few people that I loved doing this with purba gede and gicrik

THE BEST DAY EVER. Our tour guide, Komang, I honestly cannot recommend him enough. He is so good! He took great care of us and ensured that we are well taken care of and ensured that we're where we're meant to be, when we're meant to be there. He is so knowledgeable and was so fun to chat with. The tour was so good! Had so much fun! If you are trying to decide whether to book this experience or not, JUST DO IT! And request Komang as your driver if you want to be incredibly looked after and make the day go as smoothly as possible.

We had a splendid experience while visiting to mount batur to watch sunrise and black lava .Our tour guide,coco is a very professional and gentle tour guide.He helped us to take alot of professional photos and able to guide us to take great photos,really highly recommended to join their tour!

Tour Guide: ARIMASTA was very thoughtful. Our English isn't great, but he communicated with us using simple English.🤣
Scenery: Absolutely beautiful!!
Itinerary: I don't usually exercise, so going up and down the stairs for the river rafting was quite tiring, but it was really fun!!!! For lunch, we had authentic Indonesian food, which was pretty good! And they always covered the dishes (because there were a lot of mosquitoes). In the evening, each person could exchange a voucher for a meal, and it was really delicious!!!!
Equipment Provided: Everything was in good working order. You could tell they maintain it diligently.
Safety: I was initially worried about getting injured and even brought a small first-aid kit, but I didn't need it at all. Everything was a lot of fun!!

Margon was an amazing guide and driver for our Ubud tour. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire trip. He shared many helpful recommendations about Bali, from places to visit to local tips that made our experience even better.
What stood out most was how easy and enjoyable he was to talk to. The drives never felt long, and his warm personality made the whole journey smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated his kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend Margon to anyone visiting Bali!

We had the best day with our amazing guide SUABA, who went far and beyond to help make our day perfect. He was so responsible, kind and flexible, bringing us to all the best places we wanted to go, including a fantastic dinner spot. A wonderful and complete experience of Ubud’s hospitality and service. We loved the swing, coffee and tea plantation, monkey forest and rice fields! 10/10, highly recommend Suaba as a guide :)

We had an amazing experience with our guide Feri! He went above and beyond to make sure all our wishes were fulfilled and made our trip truly unforgettable. He was incredibly friendly, entertaining, and always made us feel comfortable throughout the journey.
What impressed us most was how knowledgeable he was. At every spot we visited, Feri shared interesting stories and facts that made each place much more meaningful and enjoyable. Thanks to him, we learned a lot while having a great time.

This was such a good tour. We even got a coffee/tea tastning for free. We had the best guide named Gede, he was so patient and did everything in his power to make our trip as good as possible! Would highligly recommend this tour if you like active activity. the food was also really good for lunch. We moved acording to pur tempo so No rush at all.
