My passport was due for renewal, and I found Holo+FACE online, which had great reviews. The KLOOK voucher (including hair and makeup) was an amazing deal! 😍 The staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly. The first person I met was the makeup artist; she seemed young but was very professional! It had been a long time since I'd seen myself with makeup on ❤️, and my hair looked fantastic!! 💕💕 The photographer was excellent at guiding me. They did a test shot first to see if any makeup adjustments were needed, then took three different expressions for me to choose from! (When I heard the international travel company was paying, I laughed so hard my eyes disappeared! 🤣) Next was waiting for the photo retouching! The wait was about an hour, and the retoucher was super fast! The retouched photos were perfect and didn't need any further adjustments! 👍 From hair and makeup to receiving the photos, it took about 1 hour and 40-50 minutes. This might be because it was a weekday, just for your reference! ❤️

it was a wonderful shooting experience with Zebra, we appreciate his flexibility, patience and thoughtfulness especially with our 5yo. we absolutely love the photos and the great food and play recommendations he provided for our trip.

We booked this photography session after we read the reviews and also liking the photos that we see. We had AK as our photographer and he was really thoughtful and detail with arranging our two hour photography session on the day. He was accommodating to my two kids who needs redirection and also changing to indoor locations for photoshooting when the weather was getting really warm. AK even took us to a shop that sells really cooling Chinese tea that we really enjoy. We are very thankful to have had such a great photoshooting experience with AK. He has captured great Taiwan memories for us and for the kids too.

We just received our photos and they are truly beautiful. We really enjoyed the day as it was so relaxed and easy going. Now we have wonderful photos to remember Taipei. Highly recommend

We had such a fun and unique experience during our photoshoot! The photographers made the whole session enjoyable and were incredibly friendly and kind throughout. They also spoke some English, which made communication easy and comfortable for foreigners like us. Highly recommend!

Honestly, I was a bit worried because I'd had a slightly boring experience with a different guided tour before. But this time, Guide Doyoon was different! Even as we were heading down after the tour, I was truly impressed by how he kept the atmosphere humorous and fun, without a dull moment until we arrived. (He's really amazing at keeping things from getting boring! 👍) This area, in particular, I had visited before, but the guide led us through a different route with in-depth explanations, making it a great opportunity to see it anew. Guide Doyoon's witty remarks, the tour route, and even his restaurant recommendations were all perfect. It was an even more touching trip because I could see his genuine effort for the travelers. I will definitely seek out Guide Doyoon again next time. Thanks to our guide, I had a truly fun and wonderful time! Thank you!

Really enjoyed the tour despite the rain. Our tour guide, Yvonne, is really knowledgeable and made extra effort to explain to us the places that we visited. She also showed and recommended to us the different stores to shop and restaurants to eat.

Although our trip coincided with heavy rain in Taiwan on June 26th, we were grateful that by the time we reached Taichung, the rain had lessened, and even stopped, allowing us to take many memorable photos. We especially want to thank our tour guide, Sophie. She is a very thoughtful and attentive guide. Since most of our group communicated in English, she explained the itinerary and introduced Taiwan's cultural characteristics entirely in English. However, she was concerned that we might not fully understand, so she took extra time to explain everything again in Mandarin, ensuring that we could all fully engage in the tour. Sophie, thanks to your professionalism and enthusiasm, you created wonderful memories for us on this trip. We will definitely join suitable tours in the future and hope to meet you again! 🥰
