I had a very informative time making Vietnamese pho and local-style coffee at the cooking class. Pho: I was able to learn in detail from the process of making the broth to preparing the noodles and toppings. I am very satisfied to have gained tips on recreating the deep, local flavor at home. Coffee: I learned how to extract and make Vietnam's signature rich and sweet coffee using condensed milk and cream. The process was not complicated yet tasted wonderful, making it very practical. Thanks to the instructor's kind explanations and systematic guidance, even beginners can easily follow along. I highly recommend it for the opportunity to enjoy the dishes you make yourself.

Best place ever. They upgraded us. Alex took us to the market and we picked out fresh produce from the local market. Interactive experience and very engaging. He is awesome!!! Went back to the kitchen and cooked pho, spring rolls and he brewed egg coffee. Amazing experience. 100000/10. Highly

Beautiful location and Maxie, our instructor, was very helpful and professional. Food was so delicious and so worth learning the recipe for🙂‍↕️ we had egg coffee after and it was like ice cream. Would definitely recommend this cooking class, you're in good hands for sure.

I'm sure you needed to pay close attention to the process because you were with the children, but thank you for your consideration. I had such a wonderful time at Rose Kitchen in Hanoi! I joined a cooking class with Maxie, and she was absolutely amazing. Her English is excellent, and she explained everything so clearly. We made pho and egg coffee, and I learned so much about Vietnamese cooking and culture along the way. Maxie really knows what she’s doing and made the whole experience fun, relaxed, and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this class to anyone visiting Hanoi, it’s a great way to learn, cook, and have a fantastic time!🤗
