Fantastic
Me and my friend stayed here for 2 nights and we absolutely loved it. They store luggage if you arrive early and also if you’re checking out and need it to be stored while you explore the city while leaving. I’m pretty sure I noticed luggage transport facilities too but we didn’t use that. From the moment we checked in, everything was great and it just kept getting better as the stay went on. The staff was very polite and friendly and explained everything really well from all the facilities they offer to how to enjoy them. They even offer ramen in the night to the guests, which we felt was a good comfort food and we tried it on our second night after returning tired from a day of exploring the city. They have massage chairs near their hot springs area as well. Definitely recommend!

Minunat
Clean room just a little confusing at first how to work the lights on room such as needing to put room cards in doorway slots in room for the power to work, just never seen this before. Also other improvement that could be done is have a designated area for those with tattoos to be able to use the hot springs since foreigners do get to enjoy the experience as well without offending the locals.
