Good, clean, and super friendly service. The morning breakfast lines get line gets long though, so check in early. The bedroom designs are amazing. Very clean too. And the beds were super comfortable. They also have free Yakult probiotic drinks and ice creams/popsicles. :D

This hotel was amazing! The facility is beautiful with all of the wonderful amenities you could ask for. The room we booked was spacious and we received pajamas and a new pair of tabi socks with our turn down service nightly. The breakfast was amazing. I am infatuated with the coffee/matcha machine and wish I could get one for my house! I loved this hotel so much and so happy we booked based on a friend's recommendation.

We were visiting during Golden Week and were surprised to learn that the wait for breakfast exceeded one hour. The breakfast was amazing, so the wait was worth it, but I didn’t enjoy spending so much time waiting when I wanted to be out exploring Japan. Other than that, I loved the tatami floors and being able to walk around in socks throughout our entire stay. One thing I would have liked to use was the massage chairs. Unfortunately, they were always occupied, and out of the six available, two or three were out of service.

For me this was the best hotel in the whole 3 weeks. I love the Onsen experience here that comes with sauna and cold bath to Totonou. Free soba after 9 pm and ice cream were nice extra too. Also, breakfast had very nice combination of Japanese foods. Matcha tea and coffee was free anytime too. I think I’ll stay here again next time.
