Great location! Avanti Mall, the train station, and several bus stops were all within a five-minute walk, which made getting around very easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We were a group of six and stayed three people per room. The rooms were a good size, and we didn't feel cramped at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Love the property especially for the price. Only downside was the rooms are not ventilated enough and require you to run a humidifier (which at night sometimes still didn’t help that much).

This hotel was clean and so nicely decorated. It is pocket sized but we loved our first stay for our Japan vacation! The staff were welcoming and helpful and the amenity bar was a perfect touch. Location was convenient for all the Ueno sites. Would recommend!
