The staff was fantastic; most spoke really good English. They were very friendly and accommodating. Very helpful when shipping our luggage to our next hotel. The hotel was one of the best ones I’ve stayed in since far in Japan. Really clean and well maintained.Very close to the station and area activities. Will definitely stay here for future trips.

Good location - just across the Kyoto station. Nice room - good size & great amenities. Friendly staff - the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast - good varieties and fresh. A wonderful stay!!
