Honestly, this has been the best hotel I have stayed at during my 11 days Japan trip. Super friendly staff, super clean rooms, walking distance to Kyoto station (very convenient when taking day trips to Nara, Osaka, Fushimi Inari, Arashiyami Forest…). They have a vending machine for drinks (very convenient). 7/11 is less than 5 min walk. I truly recommend staying here & I wouldn't hesitate to book at there again!!!

As a Disabled Blind BRITISH Man-I could NoT fault the service, help and OVERALL politeness of everyone who worked (and did not) there. From gelping with directions to the correct procedures and Gender area of the Hotsprings Baths. PERFECT STAY, shame is wasn't for longer. The Bar just outside was perfect for my Dutch Courage to get NAKED for my near midnight Hotsprings Bath. The BEST night of my whole Holiday-so THANK YOU

To notch. The breakfast was worth the extra cost. I had the entire springs to myself the entire time I was there. The Karaoke room was fun. I only wish they would allow me to buy the hanten!!!

Excellent location, walking distance to the Kyoto station and to the tower. Lots of dining options around. The hot spring is great to unwind at the end of a busy day.

The staff was courteous even when I kept leaving the entry cards in the room. It is located at a neuralgic spot, perfect for the seasoned traveler. The restaurant has great options and it was very convenient. I like convenience, and this hotel was that and more.

Husband and I tried the Japanese style room, it was awesome. Love this hotel, would definitely recommend -especially if you want to go to a nice Onsen!
