Excursii Yulong Snow Mountain

The tour was very well arranged, with Tom coordinating everything through WeChat. The driver picked us up early at 6.30am to avoid the crowds. First, we went to pick up the oxygen bottles before proceeding to the first location, blue moon valley, reaching at approximately 7.15-7.30am. En route, we saw huge crowds queuing for tickets. Once we reached blue moon valley, the driver did not follow us in but gave us very detailed instructions on what to do. We also paid for the mini shuttles to bring us around (~40 yuan). After that, we were supposed to meet the driver at the tourist centre but as the rest of my group have not returned, my guide instructed me to head up to the mountain first. Again, he sent specific instructions and the QR code which will be used for the cable car rides and the Lijiang impression performance. Overall, the itinerary was well-planned and there were sufficient time for us to explore the places on our own and the whole process was seamless.

We planned about 30% of our Yunnan trip on our own and booked this tour for the rest of our journey from Dali to Lijiang and Shangri-La. Our tour advisor, Sally, was incredibly patient, and responsive. She answered all of our questions before the trip, and two days before departure we were added to a WeChat group with Sally and our driver, which made communication very easy throughout the trip. A special thank you to our driver, Mr. He Guo Zheng, who truly made our journey even more enjoyable. He was always punctual and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. His kindness and attentiveness made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. The scenery throughout the trip was absolutely breathtaking. Every destination had something unique to offer, from majestic mountains and peaceful lakes to charming old towns.

This was my first trip to Mainland China and I’m happy I have chosen Yunnan Province. I recommend this package for solo travellers. Though the guides do not speak English, they tried their best to communicate with me since I do not speak and understand Chinese. It was just sad that I was not able to upgrade the cable car ride despite requesting in advance. Also, they do not give the hotel names in advance. But in general, everything went fine.

The driver was very kind and helpful. She gave great descriptions of where to go, despite the language barrier for myself and others in the group. Communication was clear via wechat which meant we were on time to see all attractions on the itinerary. She provided warm jackets so we were comfortable exploring in the mountains. Really enjoyed this tour and would recommend for anyone who wants to see Yulong Mountain!

Recomand cu căldură! Ghidul nostru turistic a fost foarte amabil și informativ. Am folosit WeChat pentru a comunica, deoarece nu vorbim deloc chineză. Ghidul turistic verifica mereu unde ne aflăm pentru a ne asigura siguranța.

Am avut o călătorie foarte lină și bine coordonată 👏 Recomand cu căldură! De la început, 小舟 a gestionat totul eficient – detalii clare ale itinerariului și chiar a aranjat preluarea de la hotel pentru o mică taxă suplimentară (60 de yuani), ceea ce a făcut lucrurile mai convenabile. Cu o zi înainte de călătorie, șoferul/ghidul 携手 a revenit cu instrucțiuni foarte clare. Preluarea a fost punctuală la ora 5:35 dimineața. Am fost deosebit de impresionați că echipa a obținut bilete timpurii pentru a urca pe Muntele de Zăpadă Yulong până la ora 7:30 dimineața (până la 4.506 m). Am coborât până la ora 8:30 dimineața – urcarea mai înaltă la 4.680 m a fost închisă din cauza ninsorilor abundente din ziua precedentă, ceea ce a făcut condițiile alunecoase și nesigure. Următoarea oprire a fost Valea Lunii Albastre – transferul a fost fără probleme, am ajuns în jurul orei 9:20 dimineața, petrecând aproximativ o oră. După aceea, a fost oferit prânzul (un simplu hotpot de porc cu orez și legume). A fost decent, deși cu siguranță există loc de îmbunătățiri. Apoi ne-am îndreptat spre Impression Lijiang la ora 13:30, ceea ce a încheiat frumos experiența înainte de a ne întoarce la hotel în jurul orei 15:30.

Really recommended for our first time to China, agent sally so helpful, we have some changes, the arrangements were settled perfectly, accomodation okay and transport also good, tour guide also nice and friendly

这次导览是我们一家（两大一老一小）在丽江过年期间五天停留中的高光时刻。王导一路热情的接待、耐心的讲解和对交通的完美把控，给我们留下深刻印象。我们很好地避开了春节的人流，没有把大块时间花在去玉龙雪山的路上。一路上他有问必答，对丽江历史和文化的丰富知识让我们对当地有了更深刻的了解。因为大索道票买完了，我们去了小索道云杉坪和蓝月谷，并观看了印象丽江的露天剧场表演，当然有得到部分退款。事实证明这个选择是正确的，如果队伍中有老人和孩子，小索道反而是更好的选择。全部导览结束后王导还表示继续愿意陪我们去别的景点，但因为老人和孩子都很累了，我们谢绝了他的好意。云杉坪和蓝月谷这两处的景色都太棒了，就是春节期间人太多，建议错峰出行。感谢王导的陪同！
