Service: The pick-up and drop-off service was excellent; the driver was enthusiastic, and the car was spacious. However, there was a lot of traffic, so I recommend leaving early if you have a tight schedule! Staying at Mulia in Nusa Dua, it was incredibly convenient that they picked us up for check-out and then dropped us off at the airport after our spa treatment. This time, I chose the massage and facial package. The environment was clean, and the massage techniques were excellent. I highly recommend it.

I booked this because I wanted to try Shirodhara, and I'm extremely satisfied. First, they massaged my neck, head, and face while I was lying on my back, and then the Shirodhara began. Afterward, they carefully washed my hair while I was still lying down, and finally, they dried it. It felt like being at a hair salon. For this price, the service is incredibly satisfying. It's much better than in Japan. My hair felt silky smooth afterward. For my face and neck, I took a shower myself at the end. If I come to Bali again, I will definitely go to this spa! Authentic, high-quality Shirodhara is expensive in Japan, so this is definitely something you should do if you come here!

Honestly, this place is SO WORTH IT! The room was big, clean, and private, usually spa with this price in Bali have rooms that just separated by curtains. The massage was really good and super relaxing. the massage oil smell good and not greasy.
