The therapists were very quiet, didn't make unnecessary conversation, and didn't chat with colleagues during the massage. The pressure was just right; both my husband and I fell asleep. Environment: A quiet, elegant standalone villa. Facilities: I loved both the bathtub and the shower. Service: The pick-up and drop-off service was excellent; the driver was enthusiastic, and the car was spacious. However, there was a lot of traffic, so I recommend leaving early if you have a tight schedule! The consultation before the massage was also very thorough, with Chinese explanations, and they helped store our belongings. The drinks and snacks afterward were also very tasty.

Nagyon kényelmes volt, hogy a Mulia Nusa Duában szálltunk meg, kijelentkezés után felvettek minket, majd a spa kezelés után kivittek a reptérre. Ezúttal masszázst és arckezelést választottam, a környezet tiszta volt, a masszázs pedig kiváló. Nagyon ajánlom.

I wanted to have a spa treatment in the same room with my two daughters, so I confirmed beforehand and then made the reservation. Surprisingly, there weren't many places that could accommodate three people in the same room, so I highly recommend this place to anyone with a similar request. The facilities had a wonderful ambiance, and there was even a pool in the garden, which made me wonder if it was a hotel, but it turns out they only operate as a spa. The two-hour session included a massage, scrub, and flower bath, and the content was absolutely superb.

Imádtam a masszázst! A létesítmények tiszták és kényelmesek voltak, a személyzet pedig rendkívül barátságos. Érkezéskor forró gyömbérteát kínáltak, amíg kitöltöttem az űrlapot, mielőtt a masszázsszobába vittek. Egy 60 perces balinéz masszázst kaptam, és fantasztikus volt! A masszőröm – Bintang – meggyőződött róla, hogy milyen nyomásra van szükségem, majd gondoskodott róla, hogy végig kényelmesen érezzem magam. Utána használhattam a saját fürdőszobát egy gyors zuhanyra, mielőtt átöltöztem, hogy elszürcsöljek még egy gyömbérteát. Összességében csodálatos volt.

Masszázsterapeuta: Ha beírom a címet, a Grab nem találja meg, így sokáig kerestük mire megérkeztünk, de bár késtünk, a teljes 2 órás szolgáltatást megkaptam. Erős masszázst kértem, de csak olyan nyomogatás jellegű volt, az arcmaszázs viszont nekem nagyon jól esett és kellemes volt.

I booked this because I wanted to try Shirodhara, and I'm extremely satisfied. First, they massaged my neck, head, and face while I was lying on my back, and then the Shirodhara began. Afterward, they carefully washed my hair while I was still lying down, and finally, they dried it. It felt like being at a hair salon. For this price, the service is incredibly satisfying. It's much better than in Japan. My hair felt silky smooth afterward. For my face and neck, I took a shower myself at the end. If I come to Bali again, I will definitely go to this spa! Authentic, high-quality Shirodhara is expensive in Japan, so this is definitely something you should do if you come here!

The massage was very pleasant, and the cost-performance was excellent. Complimentary pick-up and drop-off were provided within Nusa Dua. However, the changing room (which also included the toilet, bathtub, and shower room) was outdoors, so I was bothered by insects and the heat. That aspect was a bit disappointing.
