deși a plouat după-amiaza, mi-a plăcut foarte mult turul. Erina a fost atât de săritoare și ne-a ajutat mereu, este prietenoasă și mereu zâmbitoare și, bineînțeles... frumoasă hehe. MULȚUMESC mult ERINA👍

so glad I booked this day trip. Our guide Brewski was amazing. Even though there was heavy traffic since it was peak season, he changed the schedule and we were still able to get everything done with time to spare for exploring! He was very helpful in food recommendations as well. We had the best spicy sea urchin ramen thanks to him.

Doamne! A fost un drum lung, dar domnul Jhon a fost uimitor. Am oprit la întâmplare pentru o pauză de toaletă și am găsit niște gustări unice. Hakone este atât de frumos și verde în iunie. Vremea a fost perfectă și am văzut Muntele Fuji de atâtea ori.

I booked 2D1N trip to Ginsen Onsen and Mouny Zao via Klook. travel with GogoDay and tour guide Tony Chiu. The driver and Tony are friendly and takes great care everyone. he tried his best to explain things and introduce the places in Chinese, Japanese and English. Also, he is so kind, prepared and provided some warm packs and Japanese sweets for us. Because our group have 50+ mixed with different countries travellers. thank you so much Tony. will strongly recommend this tour to friends and hope we can join your tour group next time!

Serina a fost ghidul nostru, a fost foarte profesionistă, atentă și de ajutor, ne-a făcut să ne simțim bineveniți și îngrijiți! Chiar dacă nu am putut lua telecabina din cauza vântului puternic, am primit o rambursare de 1000 de yeni pentru aceasta. Focul de artificii Atami este o experiență unică în viață, cu siguranță nu o voi uita. Recomand cu căldură acest tur! Picioarele mele pot, în sfârșit, să ia o mică pauză de la atâta mers.

Visiting Hakone and Enoshima was a fun experience despite the gloomy weather. We enjoyed visiting the unique attractions despite the limited time we had in each stop. Our tour guide, Rachel, was great in explaining each stop’s history and features. We also had a fun time mingling with our nice tour guide. Overall, this experience was all worth it. I highly recommend this tour the next time you visit Japan!

Our guide Vivienne was great. exceeds expectations all round - clear in explaining where we agree going / what we will be seeing; made time-keeping and heading back to bus easy, was pragmatic about the realities of a day trip without weighing us with endless caveats. She also arranged seating for us on the bus, which avoided much trouble amongst fellow passengers. I brought my parents on this trip and they found the entire experience with Vivienne very safe and worries-free. It was no mean feat as we had 39 people in our group and Vivienne was switching between 3 languages without pause (English, Mandarin, Japanese). I would recommend Vivienne without hesitation; and go on another tour guided by her in a heartbeat. PS. we saw much beautiful sights too as both the weather and Mt Fuji were kind to us.
