Mandy was so kind and sweet the whole time! I would rebook just for her! She was informative, helpful, and more! I wasn't sure where to book when I was looking, but if you are questioning, definitely pick this! It was beautiful! She truly cared about our experience and making it the best.

I really recommend this tour. Great itinerary, and our guide, Luna, was great and made sure to explain the importance and history of every place we've visited. She was also very friendly and helped with taking photos.

We had an amazing time on the Hakone & Mt. Fuji tour, and a huge thank you to our tour guide, Captain Jack, for making the whole trip so enjoyable! He was with us throughout the entire journey, making sure everyone was comfortable, having fun, and knew what was happening at each stop. We visited beautiful Hakone, went to the volcanic area where we tried the famous black eggs, enjoyed the scenery around Lake Yamanaka, and even got to feed the ducks. We also had a delicious Japanese eel meal, which was definitely one of the highlights of the day! Captain Jack was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. Having him with us for the entire trip made everything feel easy and relaxed. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Captain Jack as your guide! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were lucky with the day as it was possible to see Mount Fuji completely and from various locations. Mandy gave us all the information about the places we passed through and the best tips to make the most of them. She was also very thoughtful in offering to take photos with our phones, with good framing for the lakes and Mount Fuji.

This time, I arranged a day trip to Nikko Toshogu Shrine, and the overall experience is truly worth sharing✨ It takes about 2 hours to get there from Tokyo, and the scenery along the way changes from urban to mountainous, which is very therapeutic. Toshogu Shrine itself is more magnificent than I imagined, especially the intricate carving details of "Sleeping Cat" and "Three Wise Monkeys" are exquisite, allowing one to fully appreciate the shock of history and craftsmanship. The park area is quite large, so it's recommended to wear comfortable shoes. It takes about 2-3 hours to explore leisurely. The cedar forest along the way is spectacular, and the air is very fresh. The overall atmosphere has a solemn yet tranquil feeling. However, there are indeed many people on holidays, so you might have to wait a bit to take photos. It's recommended to arrive early to avoid the crowds for a more comfortable experience. Overall, Nikko Toshogu Shrine is not just a tourist attraction; it's more like an immersive cultural and historical experience. It's highly recommended for those visiting Japan for the first time or those who enjoy historical architecture to include it in their itinerary👍

Beautiful experience! We saw a ton of wonderful places and took many many photos! Our guide Luna was amazing, she guided us throughout the whole excursion and gave us many different insights. We managed to do everything and were also able to see mount Fuji in spite of the cloudy weather. Definitely recommend!

Miss Serina was very attentive. Our group came from different places, and only we and another guy spoke Chinese. She would tell us in both Chinese and English where we were going next, where the famous photo spots were, and even give us diagrams so we'd have an idea of how to take great photos. Plus, because Hakone was very crowded, we were afraid of getting lost. Sometimes the main group would be ahead, but we'd get cut off by other groups, and she would always turn back to check on us. Finally, I really love Serina's voice; it's so pleasant and gentle 😍😍😍. I highly recommend Miss Serina, and I hope to have the chance to join a tour led by her again next time I visit Japan ❤️
