Aunque llovió por la tarde, disfruté mucho del recorrido. Erina fue muy servicial y siempre nos asistió, es amable y siempre sonríe y, por supuesto... hermosa, jeje. ¡MUCHAS GRACIAS, ERINA!👍

Estoy muy contento de haber reservado esta excursión de un día. Nuestro guía Brewski fue increíble. Aunque había mucho tráfico por ser temporada alta, cambió el horario y aun así pudimos hacer todo con tiempo de sobra para explorar. También fue muy útil con las recomendaciones de comida. Gracias a él, comimos el mejor ramen picante de erizo de mar.

¡Dios mío! Fue un viaje largo, pero el Sr. Jhon fue increíble. Hicimos una parada improvisada para ir al baño y encontramos algunos bocadillos únicos. Hakone es tan hermoso y verde en junio. El clima fue perfecto y vimos el Monte Fuji muchísimas veces.

I booked a 2-day, 1-night trip to Ginzan Onsen and Mount Zao via Klook, traveling with GogoDay and tour guide Tony Chiu. The driver and Tony were friendly and took great care of everyone. Tony tried his best to explain things and introduce the places in Chinese, Japanese, and English. He was also very kind, prepared, and provided some warm packs and Japanese sweets for us. This was especially helpful as our group had over 50 travelers from different countries. Thank you so much, Tony! I will strongly recommend this tour to friends and hope we can join your tour group next time!

Serina war unsere Reiseleiterin, sie war sehr professionell, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Sie gab uns das Gefühl, willkommen und gut betreut zu sein! Obwohl wir wegen des starken Windes nicht mit der Seilbahn fahren konnten, erhielten wir dafür eine Rückerstattung von 1000 Yen. Das Feuerwerk in Atami ist ein einmaliges Erlebnis, das ich sicher nicht vergessen werde. Ich kann diese Tour sehr empfehlen! Meine Füße können sich endlich etwas von all dem Gehen erholen.

Hakone ve Enoshima'yı ziyaret etmek, kasvetli havaya rağmen eğlenceli bir deneyimdi. Her durakta kısıtlı zamanımız olmasına rağmen eşsiz cazibe merkezlerini ziyaret etmekten keyif aldık. Tur rehberimiz Rachel, her durağın tarihini ve özelliklerini açıklamakta harikaydı. Ayrıca hoş tur rehberimizle kaynaşmaktan da keyif aldık. Genel olarak, bu deneyim buna değdi. Japonya'yı bir dahaki sefere ziyaret ettiğinizde bu turu şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum!

Our guide Vivienne was great. She exceeded expectations all around - she was clear in explaining where we were going and what we would be seeing; she made time-keeping and heading back to the bus easy, and was pragmatic about the realities of a day trip without burdening us with endless caveats. She also arranged seating for us on the bus, which avoided much trouble among fellow passengers. I brought my parents on this trip and they found the entire experience with Vivienne very safe and worry-free. It was no small feat as we had 39 people in our group and Vivienne was switching between 3 languages without pause (English, Mandarin, Japanese). I would recommend Vivienne without hesitation; and would go on another tour guided by her in a heartbeat. PS. We also saw many beautiful sights as both the weather and Mount Fuji were kind to us.
