Excursii Asahiyama Zoo

Alisa was a great guide! Very friendly and helpful! Was stuck in the zoo due to the rain and Alisa went thru the trouble to help me collect my umbrella and send it to us in the zoo! very grateful to what she did! Thumbs up to Alisa!

We are so grateful to have 柳生导游 as our guide! She really went above and beyond throughout the entire trip. We truly feel how passionate and enthusiastic she is about what she does. She explained everything so clearly and shared so many interesting details, tips and little recommendations along the way. It made the whole journey much more enjoyable and helped us understand and appreciate the places we visited so much more. What really stood out was her genuine care for everyone in the group. She was attentive, approachable and always happy to help. It felt like we weren’t just following a tour itinerary, we were being taken care of by someone who genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful experience. A big thank you as well to the tour company for preparing the thoughtful little gifts for us. Such a lovely touch and a beautiful way to end the experience! Overall, it was a great group tour. The pickup location was easy to find, and we departed on time in the morning. There was plenty of free time at Asahiyama Zoo to take our time viewing the various animals. On the way, we passed by the Ken & Mary Tree for viewing from the bus without stopping, followed by stops to visit the Shirahige Waterfall and the Blue Pond for quick photo opportunities. Finally, the Ningle Terrace was very scenic at dusk before heading back to Sapporo, concluding a fulfilling day trip.

Since I was traveling alone, I thought joining a tour would be the best way to visit the Asahiyama Zoo, so I booked one. It turned out to be a very wise decision. I also got to visit a few other attractions I'd always been interested in, which made me extremely happy.

The tour was excellent! We visited many places. Even though there were only 4 of us, we had a small car, like an Alphard, which felt like a private tour. The driver was very helpful, communicated well, was polite, and always smiling. We got to see everything on the itinerary, plus they added Tomita Farm and a herb garden for us. The time spent at each stop was just right, and the weather was great. Everything went smoothly and comfortably. I highly recommend it!

Turul a fost excelent, iar cel mai bun lucru este că ghidul nostru, Andy, a reușit să ne scape de cozile lungi de la prânz și de la alte atracții, deoarece sincronizarea sa a fost perfectă. Locurile pe care le-am vizitat sunt toate frumoase, iar cerul era senin. RECOMAND CU CĂLDURĂ să faceți acest tur cât timp sunteți în Hokkaido. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a wonderful tour! At first, I thought it might be geared more toward international visitors since there wasn't much Japanese commentary, but the participants were about half Japanese and half foreign tourists. The tour guide and the driver were both excellent! Please note that the tour guide speaks only Japanese, so those who do not understand Japanese should be careful. However, important information such as meeting places, times, and drop-off locations is also provided in English, Korean, and Chinese, so you can rest easy!

Recommended!! The day trip was amazing. it was better than I expected. We got to see so many beautiful spots and learn many new things about hokkaido. We loved our guide aswell, she was really nice to us and gave us everything we needed.
