The tour guide Ken did a very good job. He explained the scenery very details and lively and with sense of humor. He explain good in English, Chinese and Japanese. Is just that the weather not good in spring , rain for the whole day.

We were incredibly lucky to have tour guide Hikaru Huang again for our Hokkaido trip, and the overall experience truly exceeded our expectations!
From the initial meeting to the end of the day's itinerary, Hikaru was exceptionally professional and attentive. He managed time perfectly, ensuring the schedule was smooth and unhurried, yet we still visited all the key attractions without wasting any time.
We also loved his recommendations for local delicacies, such as yogurt and ice cream, which were all memorable and absolutely hit the spot! The overall atmosphere was very relaxed and stress-free. He thoughtfully pointed out great photo opportunities and free time, which was very considerate. At the end of the trip, he even recommended a local yakiniku restaurant, which was absolutely delicious! 👍🏻
This wasn't just a sightseeing tour; it felt more like a trip where we were genuinely well taken care of. If we visit Hokkaido again in the future, we will definitely choose Hikaru Huang again and recommend him to our friends!

I had an amazing time exploring Noboribetsu and Lake Toya with our guide Kevin, and honestly, the trip would’ve been half as good without them.
Kevin didn’t just stick to the main spots, he gave us solid tips for both Noboribetsu and Lake Toya, plus recommendations for other things to do around Hokkaido. That extra local insight made it easy to plan the rest of my stay.
The name says it all for Hell Valley! the steaming vents, sulfuric smells, and bubbling pools everywhere. The wooden walkways make it easy to get close to the vents, and Kevin explained the history behind it, which made it way more interesting than just snapping photos.
Lake Toya was the perfect contrast and was calm, wide, and surrounded by mountains. I enjoyed the Mt. Usu Ropeway and the bear ranch ! The local ice cream is a must at Lake hill farm. I tried the Hokkaido milk flavor.

The trip was very smooth and we really liked our guide Tom. he was very nice and accommodating and can speak 3 languages (chinese, english, japanese). the lunch spot he recommended to us in lake Toya was absolutely delicious as well! Enjoyed the trip overall but I do wish we had more time at each spot. though i understand there is limited time overall.

Overall, it was a trip focused on hitting many spots, with about 20-45 minutes spent at each attraction. We had more time at Lake Toya to watch the fireworks, and the tour guide was very friendly! Although the fireworks weren't on a grand scale, it was still a nice experience to see Japanese fireworks.

I recently took this one-day tour to Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu, and it was absolutely worth the money. It is a very well-paced itinerary that allowed us to see several of Hokkaido’s most beautiful natural landmarks within a single day without feeling overly rushed.
Our guide, Xixi, was fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make the trip memorable. Not only did she provide great commentary on the sights we visited, but she also shared a wealth of "insider" recommendations for other locations to visit in Hokkaido and pointed us toward the "best in category" restaurants for local food.

Recommended day tour especially for non-drivers! Allocation of time for each stops of the itinerary was on-point and the tour guide, Ms Chen made the tour a pleasant one. But…whether you can view Mt Yotei, pray hard for it! Aside from that, all’s great!

We loved our Hokkaido Mount Yotei tour! The hotel pick-up and drop-off made everything so easy, and the small group size kept it relaxing. Our guide, Wei, was right on time and a very safe driver, so we felt totally comfortable the whole day. The schedule wasn't rushed at all, giving us plenty of time to sit back and enjoy each stop. Highly recommend Wei and this tour!
