Croazieră Alisa Premier Luxury 2 zile și 1 noapte: Golful Ha Long, Sung Sot, Ti Top

Thank you Mikey for arranging our Ha Long Bay cruise so smoothly. Although our initial booking for Alisa Cruise was fully booked, she quickly sourced a great alternative, L’amour Cruise, which turned out to be a wonderful experience for our family. She also thoughtfully suggested an additional bed for our kids and ensured all bookings and transportation were well coordinated. The room and toilet were very spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, which made our stay even more comfortable. Appreciate her professionalism and prompt support in making our trip seamless and memorable!

Overall, my experience with Alisa Cruise 2D1N was very good. The itinerary was well-planned and enjoyable, with plenty of activities without feeling rushed. The service was attentive, and the staff were caring and professional throughout the trip. The attractions along the journey were definitely worth visiting, and I learned and experienced a lot. In terms of value for money, it is absolutely worth it. The experience matches well with the price paid. Safety was also very reassuring, the crew consistently ensured everyone’s safety, and the captain drove smoothly, making the whole journey feel secure and comfortable. Highly recommended overall.

The experience on the cruise was great! The itinerary was jampacked with fun activities, but that left no room for relaxation. I didn’t mind, but it is something to keep in mind when booking. I was quite disappointed with the transportation company (not direct with the cruise company). During the ride back to Hanoi I was asked to get off and change vans three times.

it was a really memorable trip for me & my wife and we embarked from Hanoi & they were nice enough to pick me from my hotel at old quarter & also dropped us back at the same place after the trip the next day. Shoutout to Mie from SST travel who contacted me the day before & although there was some confusion on my side she was patient enough to explain and also help me. Tuan the guide on the bus was also kind & professional. I was impressed with how smooth the transfers all were from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay to the check in. The Alisa crew was also very helpful and it was a really pleasant stay. We enjoyed Ian our tour guide & receptionist who had stories to tell during the excursions to the different islands and also Jin our waitress and staff who was pleasant. James the manager was also clear with his instructions and we appreciated that. The ship was beautiful & the scenery was breathtaking. It was such a wonderful experience ♥️

아쉬운 점이 딱히 없었던 크루즈였습니다. 중국 단체 여행객들과 함께라 가끔 시끄러웠으나, 프랑스 스타일의 디너도 만족스러웠고 투어도 좋았습니다. 크루가 투어 장소마다 가이드를 해주어 더 자세히 알 수 있었고, 모든 서비스에 자세한 설명이 더해져 편안했습니다. 액티비티 중 카약과 대나무보트 중 선택할 수 있는데 가능하면 카약을 선택하세요! 마지막으로 정말 친절했던 크루들 고맙고 그리워요. 함께 찍은 폴라로이드 사진을 보며 고마움을 전합니다!

Initially booked Alisa Premier Luxury Cruise but was upgraded to the Lotus Grandeur cruise. Prompt instructions and information from Mrs Rosy and Jenny from Victory Era Travel for the trip. Transport transfer to and from cruise were not chaotic but not that smooth as one would expect to just wait at your hotel lobby - perhaps Old Quarters might be too busy for a 30 seater coach to enter. Cruise itself worth the price on the comfort and going extra mile with decor of room when shared that it was our anniversary. Food was not bad too. Only caution is to listen to whatever was shared by the cruise manager to avoid misunderstanding over beverage provided. Ti-top island had too much tourist that we simply gave th short climb up a miss. Sung Sot cave was also crowded but the main highlight of the tour. Go for kayak at Luon Cave if you can - though expect to get a little wet as kayak will not be a dry vessel yeah.

I had an amazing experience on the Alisa Premier Luxury Cruise (2D1N) in Halong Bay! The staff were absolutely wonderful — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They even surprised me with a birthday cake and a song, which made the trip extra special. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the room was neat, clean, and very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the activities, especially visiting the cave and kayaking, though I wished there was a bit more time at the beach. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience with excellent service, great food, and stunning views. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Halong Bay!

딸아이와 둘이 여행와서 잊지못할 추억을 만들었습니다. 직원분들 친절과 서비스는 덤이고요. 특히 emma라는 안경쓴 여직원 분이 딸아이에게 배푼 친절은 잊을수가 없습니다^^ 음식은 종류가 많지는 않지만 하나하나 진짜 맛있고 향이 거의 없어(없는게 맛는 표현) 누구나 거부감 없이 드실수 있습니다. 네번의 식사 너무도 맛있게 먹었고 모든 일정에 같이 다니면서 친절히 설명해주는 메니저님 덕에 너무 즐거웠습니다. 수영장도 아담하지만 즐기기에 충분했고 룸 컨디션 최상이었습니다. 너무 깨끗하고 추워서 좋았습니다. 월풀 욕조까지 아주 만족했습니다.

What really stood out was the balance of relaxation and adventure whether we wanted quiet time on the balcony or to join group activities, the experience felt perfectly tailored. I highly recommend the Alisa Premier Cruise if you want a luxurious yet friendly Ha Long Bay experience. Worth every penny, and I’d gladly do it again!
