Croazieră Hera Grand Luxury 2 zile 1 noapte: Golful Ha Long cu Sung Sot și Ti Top

It’s quite a nice experience! We are a family of 4 with a kid & a senior. We are well taken care by the whole crew. The staff is very attentive. The manager Minh is very passionate and professional and Supervisor Jeff is nice too. They have many staff to service 20 guests. All our luggage can be transferred on board from pier. The room is spacious and large enough to open the luggage. If the weather is allowed, you can enjoy the outdoor set dinner on top of the crusie. And kid menu is available too. The vibe and activities are good!

I booked the Hera Grand Luxury Cruise Junior suite but was offered a change and room upgrade to the Amanda Luxury Cruise of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay in a Royal Suite. it was wonderful. the ship was comfortable, our room was luxurious and the cruise was well organised. Special callout to our server Ruby for looking after us so well. Loved it!

Roxanne contacted us 2 days prior to our trip and we exchanged contact, she gave us regular updates regarding pickup. Pickup was punctual with a very nice van that had a massage chair. Journey to the harbour was 3 hours long, comfortable! Once at harbour we were welcomed by Tom and Ozil, both very enthusiastic and energetic tour guides. Despite the language challenges they did their best to explain the itinerary and entertained us very well. Big kudos to them for their effort! They were very eager to offer any assistance required so if you have any needs just ask them. Crew were attentive to our dietary preferences as well so be clear about what you eat and do not eat too. For us we asked for no coriander, which they were careful about. Be sure about your timings so you don't miss out on the activities! Also saw vegetarian options too! shoutout to all the crew on board for doing their best to make us comfortable! Keep up the good work!

i am so happy with this trip. everything is well organized. the cruise was private in a sense that there are inly 13rooms so if you want an intimate cruise, Hera Grand Cruise is highly recommended. Room is clean and spacious. And yes, all the food served was excellent! when coming to Hanoi i high recommend! Value for your money.

整體行程安排都很好，就是接送服務會讓人心慌，因一直沒有人員來電話或是傳訊告知來接我們的時間，早上一直在飯店等，等到連飯店人員都替我們擔心怎麼都沒車來接我們，更離譜的是詢問該網，得到的回覆既然是要我傳郵件給當地的接待單位詢問，這就是該網站的處理方式，算是無言了

We were upgraded to Amanda cruise Senior suite last minute. Was a little skeptical at first but luckily turned out good experience. Cruise is clean and well maintained. Dan, the guide is super friendly and made the experience better. Also there was good vegetarian options available.

優點：連接送, 價格相對其他平台有優勢, 房間夠大, 漂亮, 食物不錯, 尤其第一天的午餐及晚餐, 活動的點也相對較多. 缺點：因為上落車不在同一地點, 所以要確認可不同酒店送去及接回, 聯絡KLOOK要求幫忙確認, 但KLOOK聯絡了幾天都無法獲得回覆, 建議我們也電郵詢問, 但問了也石沉大海, 讓我們有點擔心為什麼會一直聯絡不到商家, 直至出發前一天晚上接近9點, 才收透過WHATSAPP收到信息確認翌日接送的時間, 確認的時間真有點遲, 過程中亦找不到商家詢問任何問題, 這點不太好 總體而言, 去程坐大巴, 拼車, 中途會停一個賣珍珠的地方, 價格還可以, 去到碼頭, 是HERA CRUISE, LE JOURNEY 和 AMADA 共同的候船室, 人太多, 我們便在室外等待. 船屋的房間也很大很美, 洗手盤有一點漏水, 不息嚴重, 但有一點, 其他都不錯, 只是不知為什麼船有一點點渠味, 但可以接受. 至於行程方面, 真的很匆忙, 上船便食午餐, 食完半小時又要集合, 去驚奇洞, 洞內很大, 但入口很多人很迫, 要走到中段才會較好, 完結後, 回船休息不久, 又要坐艇去英雄島, 我們沒登頂, 就在半山腰拍照, 日落很美, 之後到沙灘逛了一下, 再回到船上, 有一點點免費的水果, 茶提供, 或者可以ORDER買2送1飲品, 之後來到包春卷學習, 看完教學自己也包了一條食, 挺好吃的, 然後便晚餐, 晚餐後可以去吊墨魚或泡腳等, 都是免費的, 但吊墨魚就是在拖著的小艇上進行, 不過附近太多船, 有些還在唱歌震動很大, 基本沒有墨魚, 也沒有什麼人參加, 準時10點30關閉所有活動, 休息, 翌日早上6點30前有太極活動, 我們沒有參加, 6點45後是早餐時間, 食完便隨即再去天井洞, 可以坐竹筏, 也可以2人划艇, 也是免費的, 但我們怕濕身便沒有划艇, 但原來也不會太濕, 看到有些團友現了後回來根本沒有濕, 感覺划艇會較有趣! 再回去, 大約9點30便要交匙回程, 在回去路上, 享用簡單中午. 整體而言, 就是很忙, 沒多少時間在房間, 但也充實, 遇到好天氣, 日落很美.
