Croaziera este superbă, iar echipajul este excepțional. În special Dan (domnul Anh), managerul croazierei. A fost foarte primitor și a făcut ca excursia să fie specială de la început până la sfârșit. S-a asigurat că am fost bine îngrijiți de personal și a făcut ca tururile să fie distractive și pline de informații. Tururile te-au dus în cele mai bune locuri din jurul Golfului Ha Long, dar au fost la ore de vârf, așa că așteptați-vă la cozi! Mâncarea de pe croazieră a fost bună și au fost foarte atenți să se asigure că mâncarea se potrivește cerințelor dietetice. Cina a fost punctul culminant ca „meniu fix”, în timp ce prânzul și micul dejun și brunch-ul au fost în stil bufet. Camerele au fost curate și confortabile, cu un balcon minunat pentru relaxare. Singurele mari aspecte negative au fost că WiFi-ul nu a fost cel mai bun și apa caldă din dușul nostru nu a fost constantă. Aș recomanda cu siguranță această croazieră, chiar aș putea reveni și aș mai sta câteva zile!!! Mulțumesc Dan și Echipajului!!!!🛳️⚓️
Экскурсия прошла отлично! Всё вовремя, точно по расписанию, без суеты и спешки. Порадовала очень слаженная работа всей команды, улыбки, приветливость и желание помочь. Кормили много и очень вкусно - отдельная благодарность поварам! Удобная кровать и уютная каюта - я отлично выспалась. Утром был шикарный вид на бухту с верхней палубы, где я встретила рассвет - я осталась впечатлена и очень довольна! Обязательно буду рекомендовать этот лайнер своим друзьям. Спасибо и надеюсь на новые встречи!
Loved to see the friendliness, enthusiasm and happiness of the staffs in the cruise and the bus. They do take care of everything from end to end, so not to worry. Rooms need to be upgraded a little more. Activity timings were very tight, better to give buffer time for families with kids & senior citizens.
The assistant manager, Winters, coordinated the activities well, and was very friendly and approachable. We enjoyed the food, and we especially enjoyed the spring rolls served during dinner. The preparation for the burning shrimp dish during dinner was also good. The rest of the crew members were also friendly and efficient. All in all, we had a great time.
Highly recommend Hera Classic Boutique Cruise! Comfortable and cosy cabin, friendly waitstaff and entertaining tour guide. Enjoyable activities and delicious quality meals, catered special dishes for allergies and vegetarian diets. Only downside is no tv in room as advertised and poor WiFi signal, but the itinerary was packed well enough so there is always something happening.
2D1N itinerary is perfectly timed to be enjoyable and not too rushed. Basked in all the serene natural sites in Ha Long Bay and learnt alot about Vietnamese culture and traditions from the Tour guide.
It's an amazing experience, we love the foods and the rooms. Your crew are very nice. The places are amazing. Just the weather, it was cloudy and we didn't see the sunset. But it's really good.
definitely recommend Hera but suggest upgrading to thier grand cruise with the bathtub as it has spectacular views. buffet dinner was amazing with so many choices.
Although there was a slight issue with room availability, they provided the best solution, which ultimately transferred us to Amanda Premium Cruise, which is still the same company. A very memorable trip. All the staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable with a beautiful view, the food was very delicious and they paid attention to the dietary needs of customers, especially for Ozil and Roxanne. Thank you for accommodating our vacation.
