The trip was very enjoyable. The crew were helpful and friendly, and everything was clean and well organized. However, I was disappointed with the transfer service. The vehicle was not clearly marked as NOAH, and the driver did not contact me when he arrived. I was already waiting in the hotel lobby, but we did not recognize each other. When I realized he was my driver, I told him I needed only two minutes to get a few things from my room. He refused, raised his voice, became angry, closed the vehicle door, and told me to leave. His behavior was very rude and unprofessional and negatively affected my experience. I hope the company looks into this matter, as this behavior can affect its reputation. Had a really nice day trip to Coral Island and Racha Island. The water was super clear and we saw lots of colorful fish while snorkeling. The water was pretty calm and not too deep, so it was easy even for beginners. The crew was really friendly and helpful, but the whole trip still felt very relaxed. We never felt rushed from one place to another. The views along the way were beautiful too. Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for an easy and fun island trip in Phuket!
