There might have been other tours available, but this company seems to be a major player in Thailand, as communication via WhatsApp was smooth even at 10 PM the day before! It's easy to use a translation app, and even if you're worried about the tour being in English, the guide writes down the schedule on paper. If you're hesitant to book in advance due to weather concerns, I highly recommend it, even if the price might be slightly higher. Seriously, Maya Bay was so breathtaking that I think everyone should visit it at least once.

Our guide, Liza, was excellent and had a great sense of humor. She helped us take wonderful photos. The organization was superb; we were picked up in the morning, taken to the pier, had a briefing, and then headed to the islands. We were served a delicious meal, and before returning, we were treated to fruit. I definitely recommend this tour.

The trip was very enjoyable. The crew were helpful and friendly, and everything was clean and well organized. However, I was disappointed with the transfer service. The vehicle was not clearly marked as NOAH, and the driver did not contact me when he arrived. I was already waiting in the hotel lobby, but we did not recognize each other. When I realized he was my driver, I told him I needed only two minutes to get a few things from my room. He refused, raised his voice, became angry, closed the vehicle door, and told me to leave. His behavior was very rude and unprofessional and negatively affected my experience. I hope the company looks into this matter, as this behavior can affect its reputation. Apart from this incident, I really enjoyed the trip and appreciated the rest of the team.
