El dia era molt assolellat i calorós, ideal per anar a una illa a gaudir de l'aigua. El conductor va arribar puntual a l'hotel per recollir-nos. El guia turístic: El guia parlava cantonès i era molt amable i simpàtic. Vam passar una estona molt agradable.

Vaig reservar el dia abans de l'excursió. Potser hi havia altres excursions, però com que deuen ser una de les empreses grans de Tailàndia, vam poder comunicar-nos sense problemes fins a les 22:00 hores del dia abans a través de WhatsApp! Si feu servir una aplicació de traducció, és molt fàcil. Fins i tot si us preocupa fer l'excursió amb explicacions en anglès, us guanyaran escrivint les hores en un paper! The trip was very enjoyable. The crew were helpful and friendly, and everything was clean and well organized. However, I was disappointed with the transfer service. The vehicle was not clearly marked as NOAH, and the driver did not contact me when he arrived. I was already waiting in the hotel lobby, but we did not recognize each other. When I realized he was my driver, I told him I needed only two minutes to get a few things from my room. He refused, raised his voice, became angry, closed the vehicle door, and told me to leave. His behavior was very rude and unprofessional and negatively affected my experience. I hope the company looks into this matter, as this behavior can affect its reputation. Apart from this incident, I really enjoyed the trip and appreciated the rest of the team.

Mai ens vam sentir apressats d'un lloc a un altre. Les vistes durant el trajecte també eren precioses. Sens dubte, ho recomanaria si busqueu una excursió a l'illa fàcil i divertida a Phuket!
