Tudo foi excelente e pontual. Nosso guia, Sr. Joe, foi acolhedor e atencioso, fornecendo ótimas explicações e recomendações. O melão estava doce e delicioso, e a vista dos campos de flores era espetacular. Tivemos também muita sorte de ter bom tempo, sem chuva.

We joined a one-day tour in Furano, and the itinerary was incredibly smooth throughout the day. Although there were many attractions and the pace was a bit fast, we had enough time at each location for photos and food, so the scheduling was perfectly fine. Before the trip, I saw some reviews mentioning that people might get hungry, but actually, there was food available for purchase at every stop along the way. Hokkaido's white corn was super sweet, the melon bread was fragrant and soft, and the croquettes were also delicious, so there was absolutely no need to worry about going hungry. Special praise goes to our tour guide, Chillin! The group included foreigners, Japanese, Chinese, and Hong Kongers, and she was able to communicate with everyone in their respective languages. Her explanations were clear and friendly, which created a wonderful atmosphere for the entire group. The luckiest part was that everyone in the group was incredibly punctual, so the timing at each stop was perfectly managed, with no delays at all. Our guide also gave us tips at each attraction on which souvenirs were worth buying, which were inexpensive, and which offered good value for money, which was very practical for those who struggle with shopping! Overall, this tour offered great value for money and is highly recommended for anyone who wants to visit multiple classic attractions in one day.

Tive uma experiência incrível ao reservar com a Klook para a nossa viagem a Hokkaido. O itinerário foi bem organizado e cobriu alguns dos locais mais bonitos e únicos. Noboribetsu Hell Valley era verdadeiramente deslumbrante com a sua paisagem dramática e aberturas de vapor. Date Jidaimura foi uma experiência cultural divertida e imersiva, dando-nos um vislumbre do período Edo do Japão. Mitsui Outlet Sapporo foi uma ótima paragem para compras e para encontrar boas ofertas. Por último, a Aldeia de Gelo do Lago Shikotsu parecia um país das maravilhas de inverno — absolutamente mágica, especialmente à noite. Tudo correu bem desde a reserva até ao passeio real. O guia foi prestável e informativo, e o transporte foi confortável e pontual. Altamente recomendado para uma experiência de viagem conveniente e memorável!

It was an enjoyable trip. The guide provided additional explanations in English for those of us who didn't speak Chinese, which made it easy to understand, and they also saved us time by taking a faster route.

Being able to sleep during the journey was a huge help. It was a bit disappointing that there was no illumination during certain seasons, and the Blue Pond is apparently only blue in the summer, so I wondered about the illuminated Blue Pond. However, overall, I was very satisfied with the tour. The guide was also kind and entertaining, so I would definitely like to use this service again!

There was a lot packed in this tour which sets it apart from the others. It was such a great value to see many awesome locations! That said, it's a best fit for time-conscious people as the tour runs on a strict schedule to allow for all the sightseeing you do. The tour is run smoothly and communication is clear so you know what to expect at each area, even where the best spots are to take pictures. For novelty treats/souvenirs, I suggest buying those first as the lines could get quite long. But the actual photo spots themselves only take a few minutes walking. Also, late August you could still see Furano in full bloom. Some lavender fields can't be seen, but Farm Tomita still had plenty.

Great and hassle free trip that allows you to see the famous spots in Furano and Biei area. Our guide was Mila and she was very attentive. She also gave us information about the different specialties in Hokkaido along with some restaurant recommendations.
