Very pleasantly surprised by the refurbished room, new carpet and fittings, the amenities are good, staff are kind and helpful, plenty of parking outside our room, so near to Newmarket shopping centre and mall, it's walking distance.

The studio room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The street was quiet at night. We could park right outside the room. It was a good location for getting to an event at Eden Park as it was an easy walk to Newmarket train station. Easy to check in and check out.

Good coffe bed was nice no remote for aircon and bathroom fan sounded like it was about to blow up really noisy, shower wouldn’t be suitable for elderly or kids
