Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Very nice staff. Great to be able to walk to town/restaurants. Easy parking. Adequate kitchen. Good launch pad for the many pretty corners of the Coromandel. My only issue was with the amount of light that got through all the curtains. I like dark. Dark was not an option.

Location: Short walk to town shops and restaurants.
Cleanliness: Spotless, tidy, and well-maintained units.
Staff: Friendly, provide helpful service and recommandations for restaurants.
Noise: Peaceful surroundings, though thin walls allow sounds from neighbors and the road.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, just a short walk to Coromandel Town centre. Staff were helpful; didn't actally meet anyone due to late check-in but they enabled me to gain entry via messaging.
