had a blast at escape! we went on saturday at the end of long leave and so there was not that much of a crowd. the engagement from all the employees were really great and all of them are really friendly and helpful. overall great experience, good job escape penang team 💯

Absolutely stunning experience! Entopia Butterfly Farm in Penang is a paradise filled with vibrant butterflies, lush greenery, and educational displays. The indoor gardens are beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful and immersive escape into nature. The staff are friendly and informative, making the visit enjoyable for both adults and kids. A perfect blend of beauty, learning, and serenity — it’s easily one of Penang’s must-visit attractions. Highly recommend spending a few hours here to truly appreciate the magic of nature.

It is my second time here and the view is still phenomenal. The process is easy; just find “THE TOP”. You can enter either from the main entrance or the side entrance near the bus terminal, next to Hotel JEN, marked with a “rainbow walk” sign. Take the lift to level 6, then find the ticketing counter to redeem your vouchers for wristbands. Follow the signs to the lift that will take you up to level 65 and then to level 68.

Penang Hill is definitely a must-visit as it offers one of the best 360-degree views of Penang, accessible at The Habitat. Remember to save the QR codes to your phone gallery. If you are booking for your family members, ensure each voucher is saved to their respective phone galleries. This is because there might not be enough internet signal to access the voucher directly through the Klook app once you are at the entrance of The Habitat. To save time, it's better to have the QR codes saved so you can simply scan them to pass through the gantry without worrying about connectivity. Alternatively, you can connect to their Wi-Fi.

My daughter love it very much. She's enjoy taking photo & laugh out loud after seeing the amazing scene. Ticket price unfortunately did not hv special column for OKU, so we hv to purchase normal price & not refundable. We bought ticket via klook.

We were so engaged in all of the tech stands there that I forgot to take the photos )) This museum works best for older children (10+), in my opinion. Definitely worth a visit, especially if combined with other attractions in Komtar

it is an 1hr walk around a boutique aquarium which the kids loved and enjoy over the tour. note that there is no toilet within so have to go bef entering

The River Cruise was fantastic and very well organized. The Guide, as well as, the lady at the ticketing desk were very polite and helpful. The guide was really a fun guy, who made the 90 mins cruise very enjoyable with his jokes and light heartedness. He takes you around the river, until it reaches the ocean and on the way (and return) you catch a fish, try to catch a crab, pluck a Mangrove Apple, learn about the fisherman boat, fishing boats etc. and so on. The only thing that you may not like is that the river itself was a bit dirty and you could see the amount of garbage people throw into that beautiful river. Towards end of cruise, the guide will be picking up quite a bit of garbage which is a standard practice in every cruise. Also the water seemed dirty and I just hope that the Government and people there, continue to take efforts to make it clean.
