The travel company arranged everything very well, and the itinerary was fulfilling. We were a private group of two, so the time control was flexible. Our guide, Dika, was very dedicated and arranged the itinerary perfectly, helping us avoid crowds and traffic jams. Both our tour guide and the local guides at attractions were excellent at taking photos and proactively helped us, saving a lot of time. The travel agency could be contacted via WhatsApp, responded quickly, and was able to accommodate our needs!

A fantastic 3-day, 2-night itinerary! First, the local agent picked us up at our hotel at 11 AM on the first day and took us to a prepared cabin for an overnight stay, which included a sumptuous dinner! At 2 AM, we set off for Mount Ijen, with a local guide leading us up the mountain and helping us take many beautiful photos! The volcano was truly stunning, so beautiful and well worth the visit! At 3 AM on the second night, we departed again for Mount Bromo to watch the sunrise, then crossed the sea of sand to the volcano's edge! In the afternoon, they drove us to Tumpak Sewu Waterfall! A truly wonderful trip!

A great experience. I traveled alone but felt safe and comfortable. The pre-trip instructions were very comprehensive, and questions were usually answered quickly. The driver Egii, Ijen Crater guide Juan, Tumpak Sewu Waterfall guide Sulia, and Mount Bromo guide (sorry, I forgot his name! But thank you to him) were all very friendly and reliable. The accommodations were simple but clean. Although there was no hot water for showering at the Bromo accommodation that day, the beautiful view from its balcony made up for it. The itinerary was rich; although we had to depart very early each day, this was all to enjoy the sunrise, sea of clouds, or to avoid crowds, and I was very satisfied with this arrangement. I will recommend it to my friends.

We had a great time with our driver and guides Edi and Renji, who were amazing! They were very helpful, proactive, and knowledgeable. Our driver was on time and always kept us updated on the itinerary and checked in with us frequently. The hike up to Ijen was dark and steep at times, but the view was wonderful and worth the steps. We were lucky that the weather was great to experience the views. Very appreciative of our driver and guide for the experience!

Disfrutamos mucho el viaje con Fredy y Fauzi. Se esforzaron al máximo. La caminata hasta Ijen fue más difícil de lo que mi esposa pensó, pero Fauzi estuvo con ella todo el camino. Fredy nos ayudó mucho con Bromo. Tuvimos una experiencia muy memorable. La única experiencia angustiosa fue el viaje en moto desde la entrada de Mandakapura. Pero lo superamos :-)

Pengalaman yang sangat baik secara keseluruhan. Pemandu wisata sangat ramah dan informatif. Selalu berusaha membawa kami ke tempat-tempat baru. Kami menginap semalam di Indah Damai cottage di Lumajang, PELAYANAN TERBAIK YANG PERNAH ADA!! Kami menyukai Adit dan Firman. Tempat-tempat yang kami kunjungi sangat indah. Pasti akan datang lagi dan merekomendasikannya kepada orang lain

Yusuf was an excellent driver and tour guide. He was always punctual, responsible, and very professional throughout the trip. Although the weather was not good and we could not see the sunrise, we still really appreciated all his help and effort. Whenever we asked questions, he answered patiently and explained everything carefully. He made the journey smooth and comfortable, and we truly appreciated his helpful attitude. Highly recommended!
