Dongdaemun's SPALEX is the best! It's cheap, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is also incredibly easy to find. Dongdaemun Design Plaza is right across the street. You can find it immediately by taking the elevator down to the 3rd basement floor of the building. It's a good idea to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and scrubbing towel, as they are not provided. If you forget, it's convenient that they are sold at the entrance. For women, mugwort steaming is highly recommended! It costs 2000 yen. It feels incredibly good and makes you sweat a lot. After that, a body scrub is the best! On the 4th basement floor, there's also a food court, a jjimjilbang (Korean sauna), and a resting area where you can relax. Going in the morning is recommended as it's less crowded.

There's a self-service ticket machine (with Chinese language option) next to the lobby on the 9th floor. The bathhouse only provides soap, and the hairdryer costs 200 Korean Won for 180 seconds of use. On the 8th floor, there's a food court (with self-ordering kiosks) and a public lounge area. The overall environment is very clean, and it wasn't crowded or noisy on the day I visited, making it very peaceful.

On the last day of my trip to Korea, I visited SOLA SPA✨ First, I was surprised by how clean and beautiful the facility was. It was a calm space, and I felt relaxed the moment I stepped in♡ The staff's customer service was also very polite, so I felt at ease even though it was my first time. This time, I experienced a head spa 💆‍♀️✨ It wasn't just pleasant; it was a treatment that thoroughly considered scalp and hair care, providing both "healing" and "hair care." During the treatment, it felt so good that I almost fell asleep…😴 Afterward, my head felt refreshed! My hair also became smooth, and even the texture felt different✨ Since Korean trips often involve packed schedules with beauty clinics and shopping, I highly recommend incorporating such a "rest period" in between♡ It's located in the Myeongdong area, which is a great advantage as it's easy to fit into your travel plans. This SPA is recommended for those looking for a head spa in Korea, and for adult women who want to heal their travel fatigue while also caring for their hair and scalp 🇰🇷🤍 I've added one more place I want to visit again when I go to Myeongdong♡

Excellent service, top-notch comfort. After a day of walking, a perfect massage revitalized me. The pressure was just right, and it was unexpectedly good. The foot bath was done while lying down, and my back was also massaged. The service makes you want to come back again and again. Kim, who greeted us, had first-class service attitude, was super polite, and provided many pleasant surprises. We were very happy.

Easy to find this place. Therapist was fantastic, she massage away lots of tension i had on my neck and shoulders with right amount of pressure without me feeling pain. But walls are thin, so you can hear voices from the next door. Lesser privacy. All in all a good experience as long as you are solely for massage therapy and less of the whole luxurious experience.

After a long international flight, this body massage/facial/head spa package was exactly what I needed to relax. After the treatment, all my body aches from travel were relieved. I totally recommend it!

Saubere Einrichtung, super freundliches Personal und ein entspannendes Erlebnis! Das Highlight der Behandlung war definitiv das Haarewaschen – ich wäre fast eingeschlafen! Danach hatte ich das Gefühl, dass neben der abgestorbenen Haut auch mein ganzer Stress weggeschrubbt worden war. It was a great experience, the therapist has a good knowledge about what she's doing. Me and my wife had very relaxing session. I will invite everyone who has intention to do skin care and massage in one session.
