Such a worthwhile experience! I had a skin test with the pharmacist, and she was so kind and thorough throughout the whole process. She carefully analyzed my skin and recommended products that were actually suitable for my skin type. I had so many questions because I’ve been concerned about my skin for a long time, but she patiently answered every single one. I finally got a better understanding of my skin and was able to clear up many of the concerns I had. If you’re visiting Korea, I definitely recommend giving this a try! The products in the store are also reasonably priced, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was such a pleasant and helpful experience. I’m really glad I stopped by!

My hair never felt so clean! Highly recommended! Take note Myeongdong has a few Juno branches! This particular Juno is on the 7th floor above ABC Mart. This branch looks really nicely renovated, with a view of Myeongdong Cathedral. Enjoyed my complimentary ice coffee while they did a scan of my scalp to analyse what I needed, then I got an amazing head and shoulder massage. Topped up 60,000 for the 18 step process as this voucher only has the 10 steps. It was well worth it. They took much effort in making me feel welcome when I arrived and genuinely good service! My stylist Daisy was excellent, she listened to what I wanted and recommended to cut my hair to what suited me. I was really happy with the whole 18 step scalp treatment process, very relaxing and calm and the atmosphere was perfect!

La dame qui a fait mon analyse s'appelle Erica et elle est très gentille et douce ! Elle parle très bien anglais, donc le service est vraiment ouvert à tous. À la fin, ils nous présentent des produits recommandés que nous pouvons photographier, et nous pouvons même refaire notre maquillage avec les produits qu'ils fournissent ! L'expérience était agréable et super amusante, je la recommande à 100 % !

I love this experience! They provided makeup and tools for the workshop. You can ask for help, and sometimes they assist people individually. The explanation was good, and the experience was much cheaper than one-on-one makeup tutorial sessions elsewhere. Plus, they give out free products afterward (I received a full-size makeup remover, some pads, lip oil, and an eyeshadow palette that matched my eyes based on the workshop). There's a free photo booth with two prints afterward. They also gave a 20% discount for shopping afterward. Worth it!

The best experience!! I insisted on doing this before shopping and I made the right choice!! Dana and Ria are so helpful and funny! They made me comfortable and they are really nice. They always check in to see if I have questions.

My teenage daughter’s hair was skilfully cut by Lisong who conversed with her in English and even gave tips on where to shop after the haircut. We love the stylish layered haircut which looked exactly like what was shown to Lisong in a picture. While I was waiting for my girl’s hair to be cut, a drink was served free of charge. Wonderful service through and through!

The money spent was super worth it. I recommend finding your desired hairstyle online first, and then confidently entrusting it to the stylist. You can truly trust the stylist to do a great job because my bangs were originally self-cut, and the stylist noticed the uneven length on both sides. So, they helped me trim them for only 200 NTD, and even tied my hair with a bow! They used hairspray to fix every single strand. For the makeup, I have a lot of acne on my face, but the makeup artist's skills are amazing. The concealer was so good you couldn't tell I had much acne. Plus, at the beginning, you can choose between a Korean female makeup look or an idol makeup look. After the first layer of foundation, I already felt my face looked more radiant. During the process, they also provided a drink that tasted like lemon iced tea.

The location is behind the Sejong Hotel, near Myeongdong Exit 9. Don't go through the hotel; use the alley behind it. Compared to other cosmetic stores, this one is very conveniently located! It opens at 9 AM, so you can go early to get your makeup done and then start your day's itinerary!

I was worried about getting my makeup done in Korea because of how different my skin color is than most travelers and Koreans. I wanted a makeup look similar to Jang Wonyoung from IVE. My makeup artist did an AMAZING JOB! She listened to my wants and concerns and was able to do it perfectly! She was so kind and considerate even though we were very late due to unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for the makeover, I’ve never seen this look on me before, and it’s a look I won’t forget. Definitely recommend!
