I love this experience! They provided makeup and tools for the workshop. You can ask for help, and sometimes they assist people individually. The explanation was good, and the experience was much cheaper than one-on-one makeup tutorial sessions elsewhere. Plus, they give out free products afterward (I received a full-size makeup remover, some pads, lip oil, and an eyeshadow palette that matched my eyes based on the workshop). There's a free photo booth with two prints afterward. They also gave a 20% discount for shopping afterward. Worth it!

I booked a group class but also was treated with a one on one experience! The artist was very friendly and knowledgeable and fluent in English. She taught me how to do a pretty daily look and recommended the products and colors that suited me. After the class, you can purchase items in their store for 20% off. I highly recommend this class!

Blair was very kind, patient, friendly, and thorough. I enjoyed my experience from beginning to end and learned a lot as someone who almost never does makeup. I loved our conversations in between the many makeup tips and tricks she recommended specifically for me. I ended up buying everything she used on me because I loved the makeup look so much! I am hoping I can replicate the same makeup look on my own for an upcoming wedding I am attending. She even went out of her way to help me pack all of my purchases into my suitcase. I never felt prettier 😊Thanks Blair!

I highly recommend the beauty class at JSM Seongsu for anyone serious about makeup. The instructor broke down complex techniques into simple, manageable steps tailored specifically to my facial features. They don't just apply makeup; they teach you how to work with your natural skin texture. The personalized product recommendations were a huge plus!

It was a wonderful experience with such talented instructor and the staff—thank you for your time and care. Everything was beautifully organized, with high-quality products, thoughtful gifts, and a clean, modern, stylish environment. The staff were incredibly kind and supportive, and I loved the complimentary 십원빵—such a nice touch. One small suggestion: the eye and eyebrow makeup section felt a bit rushed compared to the base and skincare. Korean makeup techniques are a unique hands-on learning experience! They determine your undertones based on your iris color, which is very different from what I've been taught. It was also an informative way to test out the JSM makeup line. At the end, we received a full-sized eyeshadow palette, lip oil, makeup remover, and a few toner pads to try (items worth 87,000 won).
