As it was my first time in Sapporo, I was a bit unfamiliar with the roads. The guide was very patient and helped me with directions on WeChat beforehand. The customized departure time perfectly met my expectations. At each attraction, he provided explanations and helped us avoid crowds so we could take photos comfortably. He also proactively offered to take pictures for us, which was a great emotional value. For the Toya Lake fireworks display at night, he gave many suggestions and respected everyone's wishes, allowing us to explore freely. On the return journey, he thoughtfully asked and assisted in dropping us off near our accommodation, which was excellent. If any friends come to Sapporo in the future, I will highly recommend this guide.

The service attitude is excellent, and you can sleep in before departure. The itinerary isn't too packed, and there aren't too many people on weekdays, making the travel quality relatively ideal.

This was such an amazing experience ! The best I’ve had since arriving in Japan! Yuki is very nice and welcoming, and she has the cutest cat ever 🥹. We talked a lot and I got to know her - I had a lot of fun making the Wagashi Sweets with her (she’s the best sensei you’ll find). She spoke English pretty well and we didn’t have any trouble understanding each other ! Mine didn’t turn out that great but I was so happy with them and they tasted amazing ! I don’t usually write comments on Klook but if I could I’d rate her a 11/10. I’m really thankful to her for welcoming me into her home (even when I was late) and taking the time to teach me and learn to know me better. I’ll for sure be back !

Many thanks to our tour guide, Wei, for the smooth itinerary throughout the day. The fireworks at Lake Toya were incredibly beautiful, and Wei shared a lot of information about Hokkaido during the bus ride. Wei was kind and patient, and even helped us take photos, leaving us with wonderful memories of this trip. Thumbs up! 👍👍

The experience was excellent. Our driver, Wei, was very kind and friendly, providing information about the attractions and local Hokkaido knowledge. The hotel pick-up and drop-off service was very convenient. The timing for the attractions was also well-arranged. All in all, I highly recommend this tour.

We had an absolutely amazing day. The sights and places we were taken to were fantastic. We are in our 60s and it was an easy day. The temples, shops, statues and food locations were fantastic. A special mention to Vivi, our guide, who ran the day like clockwork and was very pleasant. NOTE: The cost of the tour doesn't include entry to sites but for the price I did not expect that.
