Passeios por Lotte World Aquarium Hanoi

We joined a half-day tour. It was tiring but fun at the same time. It was a new experience learning about their culture and beliefs. Our tour guide, Mr. Kevin, texted us a day before the tour with a gentle reminder about the pick-up time and place. The tour was smooth, and the van was super comfortable. I fell asleep every time we got in the vehicle. We requested to be dropped off at a restaurant instead of our hotel.

The guides here are very kind. They actively took us around. And the food is also good. We've been eating almost the same menu, but it seems like this food set is for welcoming guests in this area. I came with my friends and we are very satisfied. My friends don't like noisy fun, so we stayed quiet, but there's also a system where you can play at the accommodation during the tour, so those who like to play will enjoy it even more, haha. Anyway, we had a great time and are leaving.

Today was an outstanding day thanks to my lovely guide, Tamm. I tried some nice Vietnamese coffee, got to witness the epic Hanoi Train street, while sipping a mango smoothie. Then, we ventured to Hoa Lo prison and this place is a must because, you can see the fascinating history that Vietnam possesses. It’s here that you get to appreciate Vietnam even more. This experience was memorable thanks to the knowledge and passion of Tamm. I highly recommend everyone to engage in this tour, when your in Hanoi.

This vintage jeep tour is the perfect way to see Hanoi at sunset and night. The experience was amazing, the itinerary was well planned, and the transfer was super comfortable. Our guide was so sweet and knowledgeable about the city. It is definitely worth every penny and a must-do in Hanoi.

This trip was breathtaking as well as eye opening to the beauty that Vietnam holds. Duy was an excellent tour guide and made sure everyone’s troubles and worries were always addressed. The Hanoi city tour was great, especially with our guide, Hue. Hue is very knowledgeable about Hanoi City and Vietnamese culture, and gave us a great tour. Her command over English is good. She is a great person, and I would like to have her as a guide again. The lunch had a set menu and the portion sizes were too little. It also didn’t include any beverage. This is one thing that could have been improved.

The sleeper train was a little uncomfortable for me, but it was quite tolerable; at least we arrived safely at Lao Cai station, safe and sound. The transport vans between the tours were very good, and lastly, the bus going back to Hanoi was also very nice and comfortable. We stayed in Sapa Luxury Hotel, which was clean and had a comfortable bed, but the best part was the food; from breakfast to dinner, everything was very tasty, varied, and fresh. The organizer is very thoughtful and attentive, so even if you ask for options, they would deliver them to you despite the weather conditions. Since it was raining the whole time I was there, I was quite impressed with the itinerary provided to me. The tour guides I had, Susu and Song, were very good, informative, patient, helpful, and would go the extra mile just to make you feel satisfied, which really completed the whole experience. The attractions were also very nice despite the rain.
