Our tour guide and pick-up driver were both very nice and punctual. Especially the tour guide, Bambang, he was very considerate and friendly throughout the entire trip. I feel incredibly lucky that we had him as our guide. I wish him all the best.

This tour was absolutely incredible and one of the most memorable experiences of our Bali trip! Swimming alongside majestic manta rays in their natural habitat was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The snorkeling spots were beautiful, with crystal-clear water and plenty of marine life to see. Diamond Beach was equally breathtaking, with its stunning white sand, turquoise waters, and dramatic cliffs creating postcard-perfect views. A special thank you to our driver and photographer, Adi, for making the entire day so enjoyable. Adi was friendly, professional, and always made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the tour. He was knowledgeable about the island and managed the schedule perfectly, allowing us to enjoy each destination without feeling rushed. What really stood out was Adi's photography skills. He knew exactly where to take the best photos and helped us capture amazing shots at Diamond Beach and throughout the tour. I highly recommend Adi!

This was the absolute highlight of our trip! From being collected in Kuta to the very end, everything was perfectly organized. The tour guides were fantastic — friendly, professional, and always focused on safety. They helped us get ready, guided us in the water, and showed us Nemo fish, turtles, and the incredible manta rays — that experience was absolutely breathtaking! After snorkeling, we enjoyed a lovely lunch and an island tour that was beyond perfect. We had the very best day and would 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bali!

I was picked up in Seminyak at 6:30 AM and arrived around 7:10 AM. We had to fill out some paperwork, and then we were told the boat would depart at 9 AM, so we had a lot of free time. There's only one unisex restroom in the Sanur Port building, and I heard there's a paid restroom if you go to the other side. I took motion sickness medication before 8:30 AM. The boat ride to Nusa Lembongan Island took about 40 minutes, and we had to disembark on the beach. You need to be careful because the waves make the boat rock a lot. We then took a truck to the restaurant. We had to wait about 30 minutes for other teams to gather, then we put our luggage in lockers and went snorkeling. On the way to the first point, we were lucky enough to see a pod of dolphins, haha. For manta rays, since they are in deep, wavy waters, it's probably best for those who are good swimmers or have snorkeling experience to go in. I went in, but only saw the blue sea and unfortunately no mantas, and the waves were so strong it was a bit scary, haha. The second point was a beach in a bay, with lots of colorful corals and fish. The waves were calm, which was perfect. The third point was right next to a cliff, and it also had many fish and calm waters. After snorkeling, they gave us towels, so we wrapped them around ourselves and headed to the restaurant. There was a hose with water gushing out, so we rinsed off the saltwater from our snorkeling gear and changed clothes in the changing room. For lunch, there was Nasi Goreng, Mie Goreng, Chicken Curry, and some vegetable dish with rice. I had Nasi Goreng and Chicken Curry. Maybe because I had just been in the water, it tasted delicious. Drinks are included, so enjoy a Coke or Sprite. After eating, we took a 15-minute boat ride to see the mangrove forest, and then another truck ride for a tour of Nusa Lembongan Island. Devil's Tear and Dream Beach were so beautiful, but the sun was really strong, so a parasol or hat is a must! For the return boat trip, we had to take off our shoes and board a small boat, then transfer to a larger boat. Perhaps the large boat couldn't come to the beach. But when I entered the sea on the beach without shoes, there were so many shells that I got a cut on my toe. The pickup was in Seminyak, but the drop-off was in Ubud. Our guide, Widi, could speak Korean, so communication was smooth, and he took many photos and was very kind, which was great! It was my first time snorkeling, and the tour itself was great value for money and very satisfying!

Overall, this Nusa Lembongan and Ceningan day tour was a great experience. The snorkeling, Blue Lagoon, and Devil’s Tear were the highlights. The sea was much bluer than Bali mainland, and the islands had a slower, more relaxing atmosphere. The transportation was well arranged, including the boat, harbor pickup, island transport, and return trip. It is very convenient for travelers who do not want to plan everything by themselves. However, this felt more like a driver and transportation service than a real guided tour, as there was almost no explanation. The boat and island roads can be bumpy, but overall it felt safe. I still recommend this tour, although the price felt a little high for what was included.

We had an incredible day exploring Nusa Penida with Ngurah Lokantara as our guide. The highlights were definitely Diamond Beach and Kelingking Beach — the cliffside views and crystal-clear waters were even more stunning in person. Ngurah was very professional, patient, and easy to communicate with. He knew all the best viewpoints, made sure we never felt rushed, and helped us take plenty of great photos. The whole itinerary was well-paced and we got to fully enjoy every spot. If you’re planning a trip to Nusa Penida, we 100% recommend booking with Ngurah. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

El conductor fue muy amable y tuvo la gentileza de esperar, ya que éramos un grupo. Al principio, nos sentimos un poco decepcionados porque no nos acompañó al mirador de Atuh Beach. Nos encontramos con un grupo de indios que también esperaban el amanecer, pero estaban bloqueando el área y la plataforma para fotos. Al principio, les pedimos amablemente si podían moverse, ya que queríamos tomar fotos sin cabezas de personas o algo así, pero se negaron y ni siquiera se movieron, como si estuvieran tomando fotos y no hubiera otras plataformas para esperar el amanecer. Todo lo que queríamos eran unas pocas tomas y nos iríamos. Aunque, por supuesto, no fue culpa del conductor, sería bueno si hubiera algún local allí para hablar con otros turistas, ya que sabemos que los turistas indios son, con mucho, los peores para hablar. Pero, en general, el conductor que nos asignaron y la experiencia fueron realmente agradables. ¡Recomendaría encarecidamente reservar con ellos y tener las mejores fotos del amanecer!
