My tour guide is Jane and I have to say, she is an excellent guide! Her English is among the best I encountered during my trip to Beijing. She is knowledgeable and provides everyone with the best recommendations. I highly recommend this tour, as seeing the night view is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!

This was my first trip to Chongqing with my family, and we chose the one-day tour to Wulong. Our driver, Master Zhang, provided excellent service—he is a local Chongqing resident with great driving skills, very punctual and patient. He also proactively shared interesting local knowledge about Chongqing with us, and we had a very pleasant time together. The scenery in Wulong is truly stunning. The Three Natural Bridges are magnificent and definitely worth visiting; the natural landscape is breathtaking. We had a wonderful and comfortable trip. I will highly recommend this tour route to friends coming to Chongqing in the future.

Great day tour, group size was not too large, and the itinerary was well planned and paced. Tour guide Mendy was friendly and tended to our needs. Inside the mausoleum, we had another professional museum guide join to give us even more details of the archeological site. Lunch was at a decent dumpling restaurant with a nice spread of food.

I came to China alone for a trip and joined this small group. I believe it will be easier to make friends from all over the world with everyone. I have visited over 100 countries, and I think China's service and scenery are the most beautiful. They will contact you in advance to arrange everything. If there are any issues during the trip, they will resolve them for you promptly. My tour guide also helped me take photos constantly, which made me feel very comfortable. He took many photos for me. This time, I was worried about taking photos alone, but my tour guide was very attentive. I will always recommend this travel agency to my friends. I hope to see you in Zhangjiajie next time. Tour Guide: When planning our trip, I inquired with several travel agencies specifically asking for a female guide. Klook recommended Sister Mei to us, saying that all clients she had hosted found her exceptionally good. So, after comparing several options, we embarked on a five-day, four-night journey with our driver, Sister Mei. Unexpectedly, Sister Mei turned out to be a fantastic guide – patient, meticulous, conscientious, and responsible. She was attentive to everyone's feelings and quietly looked after us without us having to say much. Sister Mei thoughtfully prepared fruits, snacks, and local delicacies for us, and never rushed us. She cared about our comfort, and even on difficult roads, she demonstrated excellent driving skills. I knew choosing a female driver and female guide wouldn't be a mistake!

The tour brought us an amazing Xinjiang. This tour was really well-organized with details of destinations, weather, and dress codes. The tour guide XiaoZhou took care of us very warmly. He introduced the destinations in detail as well as providing safety warnings. He also gave us many recommendations and tips when we needed to buy souvenirs in Urumqi.

Our Xinjiang trip has ended, and I want to give a great review to our driver, Master Ning Xiaoning. Our custom tour designer, Haiyan, provided professional service and was very enthusiastic. Master Ning was exceptionally kind, humorous, and responsible. Every day during the trip, he helped us with our luggage and even bought us water and fruit. He was very thoughtful; whenever we encountered beautiful scenery, he would stop for us to take photos, and his photography skills were excellent! He also proactively introduced us to local customs, recommended fun and interesting places, and took us to try delicious food. Travel is meant to be enjoyable, and we felt incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful custom tour designer and driver. Many friends who saw our photos of Xinjiang on WeChat Moments now want to visit. The custom tour designer was very thoughtful, and the driver's skills were superb; he drove very steadily and safely. The accommodation throughout the trip was also very comfortable. Master Ning would remind us every day that the first thing to do upon entering the room was to check it, and if there were any issues, to report them immediately so they could be adjusted – very considerate. The scenery in Xinjiang is truly beautiful and stunning. There was no forced shopping throughout the trip. Our team leader was very considerate, telling us where to find good food and fun places. It was truly fantastic. Give the driver an extra chicken drumstick and a raise! Hahaha.

Flower is a very patient and good tour guide and gives very detailed explanations of both the East and West Sides of Mutianyu. We spent about 1 hour and 15 minutes on the East Side from Tower 6 to 4 and back to Tower 6 (including the chairlift up, queues were shorter around 9:30 AM on a weekday, and toboggan down). We spent 2 hours and 30 minutes on the West Side going up and down from Tower 14 to 20 and back to Tower 14 (each way took about 53 minutes, including a lot of photo taking). The cable car only took 3-4 minutes maximum. We then returned to the restaurant for a 30-minute lunch, just in time before departing at 2 PM+.
