Trung is een geweldige gids! Hij is vriendelijk, professioneel en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich altijd op zijn gemak voelt. Hij deelde interessante verhalen, gaf geweldige aanbevelingen en maakte de hele reis leuk en memorabel. Bedankt, Trung, voor je vriendelijkheid en positieve energie. Chuyến đi của chúng tôi với Du thuyền D'Charme Luxury Day Cruise thực sự khó quên. Từ khoảnh khắc chúng tôi lên tàu, mọi thứ đều được tổ chức hoàn hảo và thực sự sang trọng. Bản thân du thuyền rất đẹp, hiện đại và rất thoải mái với tầm nhìn tuyệt đẹp ra Vịnh Hạ Long trong suốt hành trình.
Các nhân viên vô cùng thân thiện, chuyên nghiệp và chu đáo, luôn đảm bảo mọi du khách đều cảm thấy được chào đón và được chăm sóc chu đáo. Đồ ăn trên tàu tươi ngon, hấp dẫn và được trình bày đẹp mắt với nhiều món ăn Việt Nam đa dạng.
Chúng tôi đặc biệt yêu thích không khí thư giãn trên boong tắm nắng và các hoạt động thú vị trong suốt chuyến đi. Mọi khoảnh khắc đều cảm thấy đặc biệt và được lên kế hoạch kỹ lưỡng.

It was a nice experience, the cruise staff were very nice and polite. However, if you are Indian, the food might upset you; they provide vegetarian food but without spices. I suggest you carry some of your own edibles with you. The hotel booked on Cat Ba Island was very nice, and they also provided vegetarian food on demand, as well as adding some spices at our request. Overall, it was a very nice experience. Highly recommended.

Our Lan Ha Bay overnight cruise was truly an unforgettable experience! Choosing this route over the more touristy Ha Long Bay was hands down the best decision we made. Lan Ha Bay’s views were absolutely breathtaking—serene, awe-inspiring, and nothing short of magical. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the bay felt like witnessing God’s masterpiece—it was that stunning.
Tony, our tour guide, was fantastic. He was super friendly, shared great stories, and gave us fascinating insights about the bay. He even went the extra mile by taking photos and videos for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We also met some amazing fellow travelers who shared their own Vietnam adventures, adding even more warmth and fun to the trip.
The journey to and from the port was smooth and comfortable, especially with the luxury van pick-up—it really added to the overall experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet magical alternative to Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay is the way to go. Highly recommended!

Great day tour, lots of activities but not too long. Beautiful boat. We are gluten free and had safe food options at the buffet. Our tour guide Billy was amazing and definitely went the extra mile, taking amazing photos of all the guests for us, as well as providing rain coats when we arrived back to a storm in Hanoi! I wish him all the best.

James was an excellent guide, knew about the tourist areas we were to visit and always emphasized on-time schedule. The buffet was really good, dining area was clean and foods were delicious and readily replenished. The bus driver was made the trip enjoyable with his smooth driving, best so far that I have experienced in Vietnam. He was on-time, observed safe distance, and was extra careful. I think he deserves an award or raise for his excellent driving skills.

I think this 3-day, 2-night tour, which involved joining various groups, was incredibly good value for money. It included food and accommodation for less than 6,000 yuan. However, there were a few minor incidents. Before getting into a vehicle, you should always confirm if there are any additional charges, especially since it's a tour where you're constantly joining different cars and groups. You might be picked up by someone you've never met before. It's advisable to confirm whether the ride is included in the tour fare before getting in, especially if it's a private car.
