The tour was well-organized. The snorkeling at the first island was okay, but the snorkeling at the second island was the best. Our boat had a slide, which added more fun to the trip. The lunch on the boat was decent, with plenty of food. The third island was beautiful but quite busy. We brought our beach towels and relaxed on the beach. The road for our large bus to the port was quite narrow and busy. I wonder if it would be better to transport tourists by van, as the traffic jam actually took up 30 minutes of our bus journey.

Our group of 8, two families, enjoyed a small-group tour with our lively and professional guides, Windy and Wave. It was great that they kindly taught us how to snorkel from scratch. Our family, who has poor eyesight, brought prescription goggles, and fortunately, snorkels that could be attached to the goggles were also provided, so we had a wonderful snorkeling experience. They ensured no traveler felt left out by limiting each guide to a maximum of 5 participants. This tour is incomparable to other companies that prioritize eating and playing over snorkeling. Although beginners can join, as they provide thorough explanations on water adaptation training, how to wear snorkeling gear, communication methods, fin usage, and getting on and off the boat, it's recommended for those who can already use fins to propel themselves forward, as at least one of the spots has considerable waves. Witnessing the vast coral ecosystem was more meaningful than just seeing various fish. It's best to participate with 1 or 2 people, or at most 3. Even if you're not fluent in English, understanding the very basics will help you comprehend the tour. The final location is peaceful and great for resting. The shower facilities are also decent, so if you're not heading straight back to the hotel after the morning tour, bring a towel and a change of clothes, and you can go straight to lunch after showering! It was very informative and enjoyable!

Itinerary: The day before, the guide will contact you to ask if you need hotel pickup. We boarded the bus at 9:30 AM. 🚤 The boat goes to the first stop, where there's an optional self-funded underwater walk. Those not participating can change into their swimsuits and take the boat to the snorkeling area for snorkeling. 🚤 At the second stop, you can climb onto the rocks for photos and continue snorkeling. 🚤 At the third stop, you'll disembark on an island for a free lunch (the dishes are very abundant). After eating, there are many photo facilities like swings on the island. On the last island, you can entertain yourself, swim, and there are many optional self-funded water activities. When the time comes, the guide will arrange a free drone video shoot (you can change clothes during this time) (we did not receive the drone video, and messages to the guide went unanswered). Finally, the trip ends, and at 3:15 PM, you'll take the boat back to shore and the bus will take you back to the hotel. Guide: The guide, a young man, explained the itinerary and provided very thoughtful service entirely in English. Knowing we didn't speak English, he specifically translated for us individually. He was very humorous. Scenery on the boat: The scenery is very beautiful, and the sea is very clear. The speedboat travels quite fast, so you won't feel dizzy or shaky, except when the boat is stationary, sitting inside might make you a little dizzy. You can take motion sickness medication beforehand. Safety: Very safe

Great tour, hits all the good spots to go. Had a wonderful day, swimming, snorkeling, buffet lunch, riding tram, and water park. Could’ve used another hour or two at water park. Guides were fantastic at keeping track of us which we didn’t make easy for them!

The tour was incredibly convenient and highly recommended. We booked it with an airport pick-up followed by a full-day tour to Sun World. Traveling around the island within 8 hours was easy, with a clean car and a friendly, professional driver. Everything went smoothly and exceeded expectations.

We couldn't go out to sea this time due to poor conditions, but a very responsible staff member helped us process the refund early. Klook's response was also very quick, and they handled it immediately.

The price, package itinerary and composition, guide's skills, pickup service, and the kindness of the staff were all excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc!! The price was affordable, and above all, the package was incredibly comprehensive, which was a great advantage, and the free drone photography was also a nice touch.
