As someone who loves massages, I always visit a spa when I travel. This spa was the highest-rated and most satisfying spa I've ever visited! From cleanliness, the reception staff's service, the therapist's skill and personality, to the location... everything was 100 out of 100! It's a spa I can truly recommend. On my first visit, I had the 120-minute signature massage, and it was so wonderful that I booked another session for the next day on my way out. Although it meant I couldn't go to the night market due to my itinerary, I have no regrets! Upon arrival, cold tea is served, and after the treatment, warm tea and fruit (papaya, I think) are provided, which are also delicious! Thanks to my visit to Alam Sari Spa, all my daily fatigue and travel weariness completely disappeared! It's the ultimate relaxation.

Today I visited the spa for the second time and I realize that I made the right choice. Professional massage, pleasant relaxing atmosphere, everything is clean and cozy. Very respectful and attentive attitude, I would even say with love for their visitors, which is very nice.

Các nhân viên mát-xa của chúng tôi rất xuất sắc và họ không thì thầm hay trò chuyện với nhau, cũng không có điện thoại rung/chuông liên tục như bạn thường gặp ở các spa mát-xa khác. Thực sự đánh giá cao sự sạch sẽ và chuyên nghiệp. Hãy tiếp tục duy trì dịch vụ tốt này và bạn sẽ có khách hàng quay lại thường xuyên!

The exterior photo of the Klook shop seemed different from the actual exterior... I entered the shop with some doubt, wondering if it was the right one, but felt relieved when they said "OK" after I showed my Klook voucher. Perhaps it was renovated? Anyway, while I was there to exchange money, I also got a 90-minute foot massage. The male therapist was incredibly skilled, and the pressure he applied was perfect! During the treatment, he repeatedly checked in, asking "Are you okay?" and massaged me very carefully. For the last 30 minutes, he used hot stones, which were wonderfully warm and comfortable. Finally, he massaged my shoulders and back before finishing. The tea and dried mango were also delicious! It was a very satisfying 90 minutes. Also, the exchange rate is very good, so I highly recommend exchanging money there too!

The staff here are very polite and attentive, creating a pleasant atmosphere right from the entrance. The massage was simply perfect: every detail was thought out, and I felt deeply relaxed. The salon's interior also deserves praise – it harmoniously combines comfort and style, adding even more to the overall comfort. The day after my visit, I felt a surge of energy and tranquility. I recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality massage and a cozy atmosphere!

The massage was refreshing and great, and the head wash was also very invigorating. I was a bit worried because of some bad reviews on Google, but it was fine. However, there were some Chinese tourists who were really loud, so it might be a good idea for the shop to either stop accepting Chinese customers or ask them to lower their voices.

I visited this spa because I wanted to try a herbal ball massage⭐ After booking, they contacted me immediately via WhatsApp, and their response was quick and polite😆🎶 The herbal ball massage, which was my first experience, was wonderfully warm and incredibly comfortable👍 The therapist's skill was also very high, and the 120 minutes flew by in an instant(ﾉω･､) It was so comfortable that I booked another session for the next day✨✨ Although you can't book through Klook, there's also a nail salon attached, so I asked for a pedicure after my massage, and I was very satisfied with the careful treatment and cute finish😃💕 It's a highly recommended spa because it offers high-quality massages at a very good and reasonable price😆🎶

Both my parents and my little brother were satisfied with the massage. The whole place smelled sweet and citrusy and that was very delightful when we first entered the premise. The staff who worked at the front lobby spoke perfect english and she was very kind and sweet. This was our first schedule in Vietnam and she left a very good impression of the country for all of us. The chicken porridge at the end was so yummy and also they served us with some Vietnamese cookies and tea after the massage. My brother liked it so much and we ended up looking for the cookie later during the day and we bought two boxes of the same cookies XD I would definitely revisit when we come back in April next year.
