I've been to several spas in Nha Trang, and this one had quite strong pressure. The reception and masseuse were also friendly. Often, it was inconvenient during massages because the masseuses didn't speak English, but at Grand Charm Spa, the masseuse spoke a little English, so I could make requests during the massage and get a more suitable treatment, which I was very satisfied with. Booking through Klook is much cheaper than the spa's in-store price!
