this was one of the best massages in Vietnam as the facility is clean and very professional! separate men/women change room with your own locker and key!! rare offering in VN. Our masseuses were excellent and they didn’t whisper or chatting with eachother or phone vibrating/ringing off the hook like you would normally experienced with other massage spas. Really appreciate the cleanliness and professionalism. keep up the good service and you’ll have clients keep on coming!

I liked the shop's atmosphere, and the facilities and service were excellent. The masseuse was also kind, and the pressure was good. My family and I came together, and everyone was satisfied. However, when we received full-body massages, we were told that even for family members, men and women would be separated, but due to a communication issue, we had to switch rooms in the middle. After the massage and shower, the dessert was also great, and we received the massage before heading to the airport, and they even helped us with our luggage, which we appreciated.

The massage was comfortable and the environment was good, but some masseuses had a bad attitude. Firstly, because we had children with us, they wanted us to leave the children in the lobby, saying that children were not allowed in the room. This made the parents very worried. After much negotiation, we were finally allowed to enter the room together. I reiterate, the room was very spacious, enough for the children to sit comfortably. I don't understand why the masseuse was so insistent, and her attitude was really bad. At a branch of the same group in Da Nang, I was able to bring my children into the room to sit quietly. I don't understand why this branch was so troublesome. Secondly, there were 8 of us, and they insisted on giving us two male therapists. We repeatedly stated that we did not want male therapists, but they ignored our request, which really made us feel very bad. However, the customer service at this establishment was very helpful. They answered my questions beforehand and were able to store our luggage. Their attitude was very good and deserves praise.

Overall, the atmosphere was relaxing. It was my first time getting my hair washed, so I was a bit nervous, but it turned out to be really nice and calming. My partner also said he had one of the most relaxing massages he’s ever had here.

I initially got lost trying to find the place using Google Maps, as I went to a different branch, but thankfully the two branches were within a 10-minute walk of each other. I received the shampoo service, and they massaged my head so refreshingly with their hands. The scalp massage pressure was also more invigorating than other places! I especially recommend this shampoo massage for women who find washing their hair a hassle, especially while visiting Nha Trang...!

The environment is excellent, and the entire process was very smooth. I chose the 90-minute hair wash service, but I particularly enjoyed the facial treatment part. It was very comfortable, and after the treatment, my nasolabial folds were noticeably lighter. Highly recommended! Both the technician and reception staff were very nice. Snacks were provided after the spa. I will definitely re-book this place.

Everyone was comfortable, and the environment was good. All 8 of us felt quite good. The shampoo smelled lovely, but there was no hot water for washing hair, which wasn't very enjoyable. It would have been even better if there had been warm water for washing hair.
