Manukan Island snorkeling

It was well arranged. We had a pickup service and a guide to lead us through the day. The boat ride was a bit chaotic, so it was good that we had a guide to take us through. Snorkeling is great. We managed to see a stingray and a few varieties of fish at Manukan Island. Sapi was a little too crowded.

素晴らしいツアーでした！ホテルまで迎えに来てもらい、桟橋まで送ってもらいました。そこにはボートの運転手が待っていました。プライベートボートに乗り込み、透き通った水とたくさんの海洋生物が見られる美しい入り江まであっという間に到着しました！ここは家族連れに最適な簡単なシュノーケリングスポットでした。ライフジャケットと装備が提供され、穏やかな水で、立ちたい場合は立つ場所もあり、もっと冒険したい場合はさらに泳ぎ出すこともできました。昼食は養魚場で、さまざまな水槽を見せてもらえて大喜びでした。カブトガニや小さなフグを抱っこさせてもらい、人懐っこいサメを撫でることもできました。14歳と11歳の子供たちはすべてに大喜びでしたが、もっと幼い子供たちや年長の子供たちと一緒でも素晴らしい体験になったでしょう。ボートはコウモリが飛び交う木々に覆われたエリアも通ってくれました！強くお勧めします！

We took a boat to the island and prepared. I recommend wearing casual clothes and changing into a suit inside. It seems like you need to bring your own toiletries like shampoo. On the island, we saw goats, cats, and monkeys. A monkey stole my food, but it was cute. The facilities are quite clean. The visibility was good when diving from the middle of the sea by boat, but it became very narrow as we got further from the island. During the last, third dive, I was flustered because I lost my guide, but they found me well. It was a very natural and good experience. The instructors kindly set up all the equipment for us. Everyone was very friendly. They even gave us free water. The provided lunch menu includes a hamburger that I think would be delicious. The mango chicken tastes like sweet and sour pork with chili sauce, and the black pepper chicken tastes like salty black bean sauce. Although the visibility was a bit disappointing, the overall experience was great, so it was excellent.

Facile à réserver, convient aux débutants et aux personnes ne sachant pas nager. Nous avons été pris en charge à l'hôtel à l'heure, accueillis par nos guides sympathiques. Ils nous ont emmenés en mer près de l'île de Mamutik et nous avons fait de la plongée avec tuba là-bas, loin de la foule. Il y avait beaucoup de poissons-clowns et de poissons Dory à observer. Après la plongée avec tuba, nous avons eu du temps libre pour nous détendre sur l'île avant de déjeuner. Nous avons pu choisir notre déjeuner et la nourriture était bonne. J'ai apprécié le temps que nous avons passé et la durée était juste parfaite car nous avons pu faire d'autres activités le soir. Un autre point à noter, les guides veillaient constamment sur nous, assurant notre sécurité et nous ont également aidés à prendre des photos avec leur GoPro. Dans l'ensemble, c'est une expérience très agréable 😁

Highly recommend. The snorkeling tour is very professional and nice. Firstly, we took a boat to Mengalum Island and enjoyed the beach there. About 11:00 AM, we went to two beautiful snorkeling spots in total. There were all kinds of fish in both places, and we also saw starfish and octopuses 🐙. After lunch, we just enjoyed chill time on the beach 🏖️. I had a very wonderful and memorable experience on Mengalum Island. Baoqing was truly our guide of the day. Although I’m a local and have joined multiple tour agencies to Mantanani Island and the Kawa-Kawa River, Baoqing stood out as an exceptional tour guide who showed me how much difference a good guide can make to a trip. He provided clear and detailed information from the beginning until the end, including estimated travel times to each destination, which is especially important for foreign tourists. What impressed me most was his attentiveness during the snorkeling session, where he took the initiative to ask who could and could not swim—something none of the other tour agencies I’ve experienced ever considered. The tour assistants were friendly, patient, and very considerate despite doing this work repeatedly, and their professionalism truly enhanced the overall experience. When I went, Mamutik was too crowded, so our guide Tommy suggested going to Sapi Island instead, and I felt it was wonderful. Thank you, Tommy, for being so enthusiastic and kind. I dropped my phone into the sea, and Tommy dived for a long time to find it for me. This is another reason to travel with a tour like this, as there will be someone to take care of you when problems arise. Thank you, Tommy, once again!

The pick-up service was really great, and the whole itinerary was perfectly arranged. The snorkeling time wasn't too long, and Mantanani Island is definitely worth visiting!
