The shop is located inside a very busy complex. If you come here by a rental car, it is better to purchase a parking coupon beforehand because we couldn’t find any store selling the parking coupon at all. Both of the masseuses we had were professional and experienced. They couldn’t help chatting or whispering to each other though. Guess this is a culture here.

The location is right next to Gaya Street, with a famous bun shop downstairs. The environment is great, the service is friendly, and the massage is very comfortable. They even use coffee grounds to wash your feet, which is a very interesting experience. You can't miss it when you come to Sabah.

I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled booking time. They smoothly accommodated me for a massage upon my arrival. The massage was good, and I feel much refreshed.

After booking your time on Klook, you can go directly to the massage center and present your voucher to enter. The masseuse was very professional and skilled, with just the right amount of pressure, and I felt immediately relaxed afterwards. The masseuse also helped wipe off the massage oil, so there was no need to shower, but facilities are available if you wish. The room offered sufficient privacy and was very comfortable. After the massage, the staff also provided a cup of hot tea. The massage center is conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the shopping mall directly opposite the Waterfront bar street, not at all out of the way. It's easy to find the elevator to the massage center on the ground floor of the mall.

If you're staying at this resort, buying this tour on Klook will be much cheaper than paying at the hotel!

I would like to say that I enjoyed my massage. The lady was good and the spa was super clean, from the bathroom to the room. I got my 90 minutes' worth. I would give this place 5 stars, but I wish the lady had massaged my neck more and stretched my body. Other than that, it's well worth the money.

You can use it if you book the night before. I contacted the shop via WhatsApp, and when I had to change the time earlier, they said it was fine. Walk into the shopping mall where Welcome Seafood Restaurant is located, and take the leftmost escalator (there are two escalators inside the mall, one on the left and one on the right). Go up two floors, and you'll see it. I had the most basic massage for less than $650. It was a full 60-minute manual massage from 'head to toe,' front and back (the masseuse even set an alarm clock 😅). It was super comfortable.
