The shop is located inside a very busy complex. If you come here by a rental car, it is better to purchase a parking coupon beforehand because we couldn’t find any store selling the parking coupon at all. Both of the masseuses we had were professional and experienced. They couldn’t help chatting or whispering to each other though. Guess this is a culture here.

You can use it if you book the night before. I contacted the shop via WhatsApp, and when I had to change the time earlier, they said it was fine. Walk into the shopping mall where Welcome Seafood Restaurant is located, and take the leftmost escalator (there are two escalators inside the mall, one on the left and one on the right). Go up two floors, and you'll see it. I had the most basic massage for less than $650. It was a full 60-minute manual massage from 'head to toe,' front and back (the masseuse even set an alarm clock 😅). It was super comfortable.

I chose the 2-hour essential oil massage package. Before the appointment, I contacted them via WhatsApp to request a female masseuse. The shop sent reminders two days and one day before the booking, which was very thoughtful. The massage pressure was just right, the essential oil scent was pleasant, and the price was even cheaper than in Thailand. Highly recommended!!!

The second experience was the hot stone massage package, which was incredibly comfortable; I almost fell asleep. Two hours felt too short, and I'll definitely come back when I visit Kota Kinabalu again. The environment is very comfortable and pleasant, though the location is a bit hard to find. However, once you arrive, just contact the staff, and they will come down to pick you up, so there's no need to worry about getting lost.

The shop is located on the upper floor of the seafood restaurant. After entering the mall, take the escalator up two floors, and you will find the shop on your right-hand side. You can contact them via WhatsApp to make a reservation before your trip, which is very convenient.

This was my first time experiencing a coffee scrub, and it was incredibly interesting and comfortable. After the scrub, my whole body was covered in black, but after washing it off, I continued with an oil massage. The two hours were very relaxing, and the staff were also very friendly. You definitely have to come and try it.

Booking through Klook was reasonably priced, and I could get a massage simply by showing the e-QR code. I would repurchase if I have the chance.
