Passeios por Menjangan Island

We took the 2-day tour with a photographer. The driver and transport were very comfortable and punctual. The tour guide contacted us the day before to send a reminder and double-check with us. The guide was very friendly and chatted with us when we first arrived. The transitions from point to point were smooth, with little to no waiting time. The equipment used for snorkeling was clean and didn't smell funky at all. The crew member for snorkeling was very professional and not pushy at all. At no point did I feel unsafe around the crew; simple instructions were given and followed, showing us different coral reef spots, and watching out for our safety. Lunch was good as well, just a simple chicken, bean curd, and sambal which was very delicious. For day 2, our day started quite early. We headed to a simple medical check-up as required for entry to Ijen. We arrived at the small coffee shop to drink and distribute gas masks and headlamps. During the walk up, there were plenty of rest areas. The blue flame area is not the same place as the crater; there is a walk down which was a little steep. The walk towards the top was much more manageable with much less steep slopes. More photos and videos were taken by the guide. The Baluran safari was in the afternoon after a break. Plenty of photos and videos were taken as well. The scenery was good; we didn't manage to see a lot of animals, which is okay. The guide/photographer is very skillful and will guide us on how to pose and everything. We enjoyed the process. If you don't like taking lots of pictures, this bonus option might not be for you 🤣

Mr. Edy was our guide, and he was friendly, patient, supportive, and very helpful throughout the day. Thanks to Klook for assigning (Edy). The ATV ride was super good. We also tried different coffees at the coffee plantation. Rafting was the best experience I’ve ever had in my life. The Bali swings at the rice terrace were also great. Overall, it’s a must-try experience. This package on Klook is much cheaper than the offline price.

Guide: I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Pardi. He was kind and professional on this tour. The way he structured the day and communicated with me throughout the day, developing a friendly relationship, was excellent. Bonus - he is an awesome photographer who will help you capture your memories throughout the day. Itinerary: If you booked a private group, discuss with your guide. They are flexible to make slight changes within the Ubud region, but overall the base itinerary itself offers a good breakout for the entire day. Attractions on the way: The Ubud region is breathtaking, honestly tough to navigate all places in a single day without a guide. Overall, I thank the Klook team for providing a great, memorable trip.

We had such a great experience with our guide Roy! He suggested leaving early in the morning for Lempuyang Temple to avoid the heavy traffic, and it was the best advice — we arrived smoothly and got our turn for photos without waiting too long. Roy wasn’t just a driver, he also became our photographer, and his skills behind the camera were amazing. The whole trip felt easy, well‑planned, and enjoyable. Maruta & Arya were my drivers! They were so awesome and cool. They shared their insightful knowledge of the Mount Batur & Black Lava! Maruta also took lots and lots of AMAZING photos for me! So so so grateful! This is a definite must go and search for these drivers because trust me, they were really great☺️

Where to begin?! This tour was amazing from beginning to end! First, we were dropped off for white water rafting, had a welcome drink, put on a vest, grabbed a paddle, and got onto the truck. You get transferred to the top of the trail, and it’s about a 10-minute walk down to the river. Paddle down the river, jump in and float down, stand under a waterfall, stop to have a beer halfway, and then keep going. After rafting, there are shower facilities, and lunch was included, so we had some chicken curry, mie goreng, and watermelon. Next, we traveled to Alasan Adventures for the ATV. The setup was beautiful. We met at the lobby area and then were directed up to the prep area where you got your locker key to store your gear, then put on your ‘socks’ (plastic bags for your feet, hilarious), gumboots, and helmet. After a quick instruction, off you went; it was amazing riding through mud, up and down, through a tunnel. After the ATV, you shower and go to their restaurant, which is gorgeous, for more food. Loved this and would go again!

We highly recommend Junior for this tour! He is so nice and shares a lot of local knowledge of Bali. He drove us safely the entire day and took us to the best local spot in Ubud for lunch (Babi Guling Pande Egi). That was the best meal in Bali! He answered all our questions and gave us other excellent recommendations for things we enjoy. The coffee tour and Lempuyang temple were our other favorite stops. The queue for Lempuyang Gate of Heaven is over 2 hours long. We chose not to wait and still got fantastic photos! Thank you Junior!
