Jina Unni created a custom tour just for us since there were a few things we had already seen. We spent the day driving around, laughing, and trying new things. She took us to some fantastic restaurants, and since the food was actually a new experience for her too, it felt extra special to discover those delicious flavors together for the first time. Jina Unni was absolutely amazing—so kind and caring. It honestly felt like we gained a new friend, a sister, or a family member. I loved how much passion she has when she speaks about Jeju and K-dramas. We listened to great OST music while she shared stories about different films along the way. On top of everything, Jina Unni is an excellent driver; we felt very safe and comfortable with her. We truly hope to see her again! Jina Unni thank you so much for the wonderful fun day. Registration: After registering on Klook, I was contacted within a few hours, and a WhatsApp group was created. Meeting Point: Gate 3 on the third floor of the airport, easy to find. The tour bus arrived on time, perfect for those traveling from Hong Kong to Jeju on an early morning flight, as you can board the bus directly with your luggage upon arrival (inquire with the tour guide before departure if you can bring one 26-inch suitcase). Tour Bus: Clean and tidy, 13 seats, comfortable interior, sufficient air conditioning. Tour Guide: Explained each attraction diligently, communicated in English, provided clear instructions, drove safely and reliably, and even included mini-games and small gifts. Ample time was allocated for each attraction 👍🏼. Lunch: Optional at your own expense. The restaurant had reasonable prices, good hygiene, a buffet style, a rich selection of food, and even desserts, offering great value for money 👍🏼. Itinerary: Rich in content, suitable for those who enjoy sea views and hiking. As it was mid-July, the weather was a bit hot. When the tour guide led us up Songaksan Mountain, they provided immense emotional support and encouragement, and we successfully reached the summit to overlook the sea view 👍🏼. 남편이 여름휴가 때 이 당일치기 여행으로 저를 놀라게 해줬어요. 한여름 제주는 정말 아름다워요. 오후 햇살이 맑은 바다를 아름답게 반짝이게 하고, 해변은 활기찬 휴가 분위기로 가득해요. 하지만 시원한 섬 바람 덕분에 모든 것이 완벽하게 편안하고 평화롭게 느껴졌어요. 전체 코스가 매우 만족스러웠지만, 저희 경험을 진정으로 향상시킨 것은 가이드님의 뛰어난 환대와 전문성이었어요. 가이드님은 믿을 수 없을 정도로 세심했고, 사진 촬영에 놀라운 재능을 가지고 계셨어요. 이호테우 빨간색과 흰색 말 등대에서 남편이 바람 때문에 사진을 찍으려고 제 머리를 정리해주고 있었어요. 가이드님은 이 사랑스러운 순간을 알아채고 로맨틱 영화의 한 장면 같은 아름답고 자연스러운 커플 사진을 여러 장 찍어주셨어요. 시원한 바람과 함께 이호테우 해변의 푸드 트럭에서 현지 음식을 즐기며 밤을 마무리한 것은 마법 같았어요. 제주의 상쾌한 매력에 완전히 마음을 빼앗겼고, 저희는 분명 다시 돌아올 거예요.

We went with Sunny, and she was a very bubbly and efficient tour guide! We did the West-South tour and visited different places (cliffs, waterfall, Osulloc, Innisfree, Aewol) and it was very fun. The itinerary was tailored to us and it was perfect since we were able to spend more time in places we liked. We would definitely go again!

This was the only southern & western tour with 7 attractions. There were 5 of us and the minivan was very comfortable. Our guide was Mr Paul and he was very extroverted and jovial. He told us several stories and jokes during the tour and we were left laughing all the way. Mr Paul was also very helpful as I had my elderly mum with me. Forecast was bad weather initially but we were happy the weather changed for the better! We had sufficient time at each attraction for the ambitious itinerary. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this tour :)

I’m happy that I booked this tour. I get to see all the main attractions without doing any planning myself. Just hop on the car and go! Everything went smoothly and our tour guide Luke was nice and helpful too! He would come and remind us when the assembly time is near. A fair amount of free time was given too which is a bonus point to this tour!

We had a great time! Our guide Mr. Peter Kim is a very good guide and we learned a lot from him. Also he drove very carefully due to the snowy weather and we were all safe until we returned to our hotel. We did see some accidents on the road but we were safe. I booked a join-in tour for me and my parents. First we were supposed to go to Hallasan mountain to see the view and snow, but due to weather we were not able to go. But we were not disappointed because it was snowing most of the trip! The camellia hill had lots of snow and the contrast between the red flowers and white snow was such a delight to see! Tangerine picking was also a fun activity. We ate the tangerines immediately and they were sour, but Mr. Peter said not to eat them immediately and to wait for 1-2 days before eating. However, when we reached our hotel we couldn’t resist eating them, and to our surprise the tangerines tasted sweet! He was right not to eat the tangerines immediately 🤭 Mr. Peter made our day trip very worthwhile! I recommend!
