We went with Sunny, and she was a very bubbly and efficient tour guide! We did the West-South tour and visited different places (cliffs, waterfall, Osulloc, Innisfree, Aewol) and it was very fun. The itinerary was tailored to us and it was perfect since we were able to spend more time in places we liked. We would definitely go again!

Jayden made our Jeju trip so much more enjoyable! He was incredibly patient and kind throughout the day. We were about 15 minutes late, but he waited for us without any issues. He also helped us plan the best route between attractions and even suggested nearby places to check out, which made our itinerary much smoother. Along the drive, he shared interesting facts about Jeju and its history, and we were surprised by how much he knew about Singapore too! At every stop, he guided us to the entrance, patiently waited while we explored, and shared useful information about the places we visited. He was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed. We only booked this tour the day before, but we couldn’t have asked for a better driver. Thank you, Jayden! Highly recommend him to anyone visiting Jeju, 5/5! 😊

We had a fantastic time with Jina for our customized tour! She was really nice and helpful and even shared interesting Jeju facts while we drove around. What I also liked about this tour was it offered a CUSTOMIZED option - we were able to select which sites we wanted to see. Jina was also very nice to accommodate our special request of visiting the newly opened Osulloc Tea Factory Store and a Lotte Mart for grocery shopping. ❤️

Yunah is friendly, kind, and polite. She knows the area well and showed us how to get around Camellia Hill, and told us where to buy souvenirs at a better price in the Dongmun Market area. She also shared some local historical information about Jeju Island and the Teddy Bear Museum. She helped us take many photos as well.

It was my first time visiting Jeju, and I truly enjoyed today’s itinerary with our guide, Stella. She was incredibly knowledgeable, shared many interesting insights, and provided great recommendations throughout the trip. She also went above and beyond by helping me capture beautiful photos at every attraction. Thank you for making my first Jeju experience so memorable!

This was, without question, the best trip in Jeju — and honestly one of the best experiences of my life — with Mrs. Sunny! Sunny is truly amazing. She speaks perfect English, is incredibly friendly, and always brightened the mood with her constant smile, which gave us such positive energy throughout the trip. She was also very thoughtful and helpful when it unexpectedly rained and kindly lent us her umbrellas. She shared a lot of great information about every site we visited, and she accommodated all of our requests and food restrictions perfectly. The trip was also very time-efficient. The car was sooo comfortable — with music, great AC, and even heated seats when we felt cold! Sunny’s driving was also excellent: smooth, safe, and efficient. I would absolutely recommend this trip to all of my family members and friends!

Today is the second day of our private car tour to eastern Jeju, and Ms. Eun-hee is once again our guide. Since we already got to know her yesterday, there's no need to re-adapt today, which is a great arrangement. Ms. Eun-hee is very friendly. Knowing that we really wanted to visit the London Bagel Museum, she helped us reserve a table in advance, so we could enter and dine immediately upon arrival. Afterwards, at the aquarium, Ms. Eun-hee proactively helped us take many beautiful photos, and we are very grateful to her! For our next itinerary, we went to Udo Island. We are very thankful to Ms. Eun-hee for explaining the benefits of taking a private car onto Udo Island, which made our Udo trip very smooth and enjoyable. We were able to drive around the entire island, get off to take pictures at beautiful spots, and savor local delicacies comfortably, avoiding the crowds. We also had enough time to leave the island and head to our next attraction, Seongsan Ilchulbong. Once again, thank you very much, Ms. Eun-hee. Your kindness, friendliness, professionalism, and dedication made our two-day trip very enjoyable and pleasant! We highly recommend Ms. Eun-hee! We hope you can guide us on our next trip too!

This was my first time visiting Jeju Island, and I chose a private car service. We were fortunate to have Ms. Eun-hye as our guide, who provided us with an excellent experience! First, I opted for a customized itinerary. Ms. Eun-hye arranged the places I wanted to visit into a suitable route, allowing us to smoothly complete each attraction with plenty of time to spare – fantastic! Our itinerary included Camellia Hill, the Teddy Bear Museum, lunch where Ms. Eun-hye took us to try a hairtail fish set meal (it was truly delicious!), OSulloc Tea Garden, seeing alpacas, and Aewol Cafe Street. The itinerary was very rich and fulfilling. Ms. Eun-hye was enthusiastic and friendly, often proactively helping us take photos and offering many suggestions on unique places. She also explained local customs and history, which deepened our understanding of the area and made us feel right at home. The private car service is truly convenient; you can go wherever you want. Next time I visit Jeju, I will definitely choose the private car service again!

Sunny is a female driver, which I initially thought was a male. She is very articulate and arranged our tour based on our preferences. She escorted us to the tourist attractions, served as our tour guide, and even our photographer. The car was clean and comfortable. We had a great time roaming around with her. Thank you, Sunny!
