Been staying at the same hotel for the past 2 other trip. Service and amenities around the hotel never fails in its expectation.

location was the best, the room is always clean and have free bottle daily, nice ocean view and the location is near at the airport, nice staycation location

This hotel boasts an excellent location and friendly staff. It's surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafes, and shopping options. It's also close to the airport. You can walk to Chilseong-ro and Pork Street. There's also an Emart, convenience stores, and fried chicken shops nearby, making it very convenient. However, the swimming pool only opens at 3 PM, and each session is only 50 minutes, followed by a 10-minute break, which is inconvenient, so we didn't end up using it.

Just drive your car to the front of the garage, and the service staff will help park it in the parking lot. When you need to pick up your car, just tell the front desk your car number, and they will drive it out for you. You can call ahead to arrange pickup so you don't have to wait. The room is very spacious; opening two large suitcases is not a problem, and there's also a table and sofa, which is convenient for eating. There's also a water purifier in the room for drinking water. If you want to order something when you return to the hotel at night, you can tell the front desk that you'd like to order delivery. The service staff will directly show you their phone or tablet to choose from. You can then decide whether to leave your credit card or cash with the front desk. When the delivery person arrives, the front desk will directly assist with payment and then call your room to notify you that you can come down to pick up your food. We encountered several front desk staff members during our four-day, three-night stay, and their service was excellent. There's a CU convenience store right next to the hotel, which is also convenient for buying things. If you need housekeeping to clean your room when you go out during the day, there are three magnets on the door; just stick the one you need on the outside of the door. The underfloor heating was very strong; we found it too hot and stuffy. We turned it off after the first day and never turned it back on, but we were sweating profusely while sleeping on the first night. We asked the front desk if there were other solutions, and the most they could suggest was to keep it off or open the door to let some heat out. Later, we kept the bathroom light on to run the exhaust fan and left the bathroom door open, which helped the air circulate in the room. We slept much more comfortably on the last two nights. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I highly recommend it. P.S. This room type does not include the sandwiches mentioned in other reviews.

The location is 100/100, basically super close to shopping areas, and there's also a convenience store. However, the elevator only has two steps, and the main issue is that it's incredibly slow. The room is good, with a decent sense of space, and the toilet is a smart one.

Clean hotel, great location within Jeju city. Bathrooms are quite nice too. Bus that runs directly between the hotel and airport.

Holiday | Couple Stayed on 31st March 2026 - superior twin room. Hotel room is clean, comfortable with ocean views. It’s conveniently located just a 15-minute taxi ride (approx. 6,000–8,000 KRW) from Jeju International Airport. The hotel’s location is a major highlight: A GS25 convenience store and a bakery right on the premises. Infront of the hotel is a wonderful oceanfront esplanade, next to Tapdong plaza with seafood restaurants Right Behind: Convenient access to McDonald’s, Martro supermarket, BHC Chicken, and local restaurants. Short Walk: Only 12 minutes to Dongmun Traditional Market and the Jungang Underground Shopping Center. Short Ride: A quick 10-minute taxi will take you to the famous Yongduam Rock.

There's also a lovely lady at the front desk who speaks Chinese. The room is decent, as expected for an older hotel, and the furnishings are appropriate. There's a large vanity table, and the double bed room comes with a small sofa and a table. It has a wooden wardrobe and hangers, and even an electronic clothes freshener, which is very convenient. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, a bidet, and is cleaned daily. There's a water dispenser next to the front desk on the first floor, and a restaurant and restrooms on the second floor. The location is also excellent, with a 7-Eleven and CU convenience store downstairs. BHC fried chicken is a 3-5 minute walk away, and the commercial district for shopping and dining is just 7-10 minutes away.
