Fantastic location for first timers to Jeju. Near Donman market, Donman market and seafood for meals. Tour groups starts from here too. Hotel staff are attentive and kind. ocean facing room was great.

Clean hotel, great location within Jeju city. Bathrooms are quite nice too. Bus that runs directly between the hotel and airport.

It has a stylish and clean vibe, almost like a designer renovated apartment. I was so grateful that the washer and dryer were free to use (7 AM to 11 PM). Detergent can be bought from the vending machine right by the laundry area (cards accepted). The toilet is of the type where you can flush the paper directly, which is great. It was also nice that the shower and toilet are separated by what looks like glass, so the toilet doesn't get completely soaked when taking a shower. Access from the airport is a breeze since there are plenty of buses running. Whenever I wanted to go somewhere else, there were plenty of bus options, so I never had any trouble.

This hotel boasts an excellent location and friendly staff. It's surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafes, and shopping options. It's also close to the airport. You can walk to Chilseong-ro and Pork Street. There's also an Emart, convenience stores, and fried chicken shops nearby, making it very convenient. However, the swimming pool only opens at 3 PM, and each session is only 50 minutes, followed by a 10-minute break, which is inconvenient, so we didn't end up using it.

Hotel location: Very close to Dongdaemun, the underground shopping street, the Haribo Museum, and the Black Pork Street. There's also an entire street next door for shopping. Cleanliness: Clean. Transportation convenience: Driving. Nearby: GU, 7-Eleven, GS25, McDonald's.

The hotel is centrally located in Jeju City, making it very convenient for getting around.
If you’re driving, remember to register your vehicle to enjoy complimentary parking. However, the car park is rather dimly lit, so do be extra careful when parking.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on the same floor as the reception, which is a plus. There’s also a small 7-Eleven in the basement, but do take note of its operating hours as it is not open 24 hours.
The room was spacious and comfortable, although there was only one sofa seat. The shower took a while to heat up, which was a minor inconvenience. On the positive side, I really liked the shampoo and body wash provided, as they smelled lovely!
Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay with a convenient location and friendly service. Would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Jeju!

The front desk also has a lovely lady who speaks Chinese. The room was standard, fitting for an older hotel, with appropriate furnishings. It had a large vanity, and the double bed room came with a small sofa and table. There was a wooden wardrobe and hangers, as well as an electronic clothes freshener, which was very convenient. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, a bidet, and was cleaned daily. There's a water dispenser next to the front desk on the first floor, and a restaurant and restrooms on the second floor. The location is also excellent, with a 7-Eleven and CU convenience store downstairs. BHC fried chicken is a 3-5 minute walk away, and the shopping district for browsing and dining is just 7-10 minutes away.

The hotel is located right next to the main road, with many long-distance and city buses available, making it perfect for independent travelers without a car. I took a bus from the hotel entrance to Snoopy Garden and had a day full of worthwhile memories and experiences. The breakfast offered many traditional Korean foods like bibimbap, noodle soup, and pickled kimchi. Although the presentation wasn't fancy, everything was incredibly delicious and highly recommended. The room also had a thoughtful touch: a small round table and two chairs, convenient for sitting, relaxing, or eating. On the day I checked in, the TV wouldn't turn on, so I called the front desk for help. A technician came to my room to fix the issue in less than 5 minutes, which was very efficient. The only drawback was that the water pressure in the shower was very low, which definitely needs improvement!
