Please gather at the center 30 minutes in advance. Snow boots, crampons, wool hats, rain pants, and cold-weather gear will be provided. The staff mentioned that the weather in the town is unpredictable, and the weather forecast is often inaccurate. If the weather is bad at the time of gathering, the trip will be canceled on the spot. Of course, it's also possible that the weather will be excellent at gathering time, allowing us to depart. Usually, the weather is more stable in the morning. After gathering, there will be an explanation and equipment fitting. Then, we'll take a minibus for about 10 minutes to the helicopter boarding area. Flying up to the ice mountain was really fun. The entire experience was very enjoyable! A must-do in this lifetime!

Planning as you go on a campervan trip is very convenient when booking directly on Klook. It was my first time on a helicopter, and the glaciers were stunning. The instructor was very professional throughout the entire trip. It's a must-do!

New Zealand's weather changes very quickly. Our Mount Cook booking was cancelled, so we quickly rebooked Fox Glacier, and thankfully, we made it up there! The guide was very chatty. It's a shame there was no ice cave to walk into that day, so we could only take a few photos outside. However, the overall experience was very new and fun. Also, I recommend bringing a thermos to fill with some water; the water from the snow mountain is very sweet and delicious! You can also bring jam to eat with the ice!

The safety briefing was well explained, and the guides were all helpful and friendly. The helicopter experience was amazing, and although the glacier hike was cut short due to weather, we managed to hike and see enough of the glacier to make the trip worthwhile.

It was very fortunate to have good weather for the glacier hike. Our guide, Billy, was very enthusiastic and explained everything meticulously. The staff at the service center were also very welcoming and enthusiastic. If you can go up the mountain, it's truly a worthwhile experience.

Great experience. Pilot was informative and professional. The whole event was smooth from check-in, to briefing to heading to the helipad. 10/10 would highly recommend them.
