Passeios por Kamikochi

About 3.5h journey to reach with 2 toilet stop so still ok. Beautiful place. Unfortunately we went on the last day before the park closure for the season and the shrine decided to close a day earlier. Hiked for 1h for nothing but at least the view there was therapeutic.

Kamikochi-reizen: een complete ervaring De reis naar Kamikochi was werkelijk prachtig, omringd door adembenemende landschappen. De reis vanuit Nagoya duurde ongeveer 3,5 uur en was absoluut de moeite waard. Onderweg legde onze gids de hele route gedetailleerd uit en deelde zelfs enkele geweldige eetgelegenheden die we zeker moesten proberen in Nagoya.

Tour Guide: The guide was very good, taking good care of the group members most of the time. She tried her best to help whenever needed and was very responsible. Accommodation Choice: The hotel was a bit old, and the room had an odor, so I planned to open the window to air it out. As a result, several insects flew into the room 😓, leading to a poor night's sleep. The hotel was clean, just a bit old. Itinerary Arrangement: The itinerary was very rushed. The page introduction stated that the stay at Tateyama would be 6 hours, but we took the first mode of transport from Ogizawa at 8:30 AM and arrived at Tateyama at 1:15 PM. The overall feeling was too rushed. In the end, we even skipped the Bijodaira stop, and the bus from Murodo went directly back to Tateyama Station. The weather did not affect any transportation services, so I don't understand why it was so rushed. Even Kamikochi didn't have enough time to visit all the attractions. However, these are the limitations of group tours; I've learned my lesson and will travel independently next time. Tateyama Kurobe and Kamikochi are places that offer different experiences in every season and are very much worth visiting again.

The itinerary itself was simple: the Taisho Pond to Kappa Pond section of Kamikochi, and the Ogizawa to Murodo-daira section of Tateyama Kurobe. Since transportation to both places is inconvenient, entrusting it to a travel agency was a good choice. We stayed overnight at Kurobe Kanko Hotel. Although not new, it was very large and clean, had hot springs, and dinner was a buffet with all-you-can-eat sushi and crab, so it was a comfortable stay. The tour guide, Anni, was very friendly. She didn't introduce many sights, but she actively helped with all our needs, which was satisfactory. It was a bit regrettable that we didn't see the snow walls at Tateyama Kurobe this time due to strong winds, but the weather was good at Kamikochi and Murodo-daira, for which we are very grateful. 2025/5/29.30

Tour guide Amy deserves the highest praise for her attentiveness and responsibility. She made flexible arrangements after the heavy snow blocked the roads. The itinerary was also well-paced.

當天天氣非常好，上高地風影很美麗，領隊小坦Tomoka非常好，很照顧團友及非浪 盡責盡責，下次一定會再來。

無導遊的巴士團，會提供中文地圖、注意事項及商店折扣劵，從名古屋集合點出發至上高地，未塞車約3.5小時抵達，中途會停靠道之駅休息，可以上厠所買東西，司機會清楚告知上車時間，很適合不會日語的獨旅i人。 司機開車很平穩非常好，最好將車牌拍照下來，以免上錯車。 在上高地停留4小時，足夠健行5.7K，雖然陰天但風景非常優美，因為自費烤岩魚午餐、喝咖啡及吃甜點停留太多時間，最後快步趕上回程時間，是值得再訪的地方，下次有機會再來上高地，還是會參加這團。

We experienced rain, snow, and sun during our Kamikochi hiking tour. The scenery was stunning in autumn, and we enjoyed the nature walk in this cool weather. We didn't feel tired and took many photos on this tour as a memento.
